the place is nice, as expected, clean too, really comfortable actually, the people are also very fast in responding, only one thing that makes it a bit annoying, the alarm sound in the middle of the night and early in the morning, they said the alarm was because someone was cooking too much smoke, but in my unit it was gada who cooked, so that was a bit annoying, otherwise it was very good, clean, and comfortable. thank u

I had a pleasant stay here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and matched the pictures accurately. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The microwave was generally clean but had some small crumbs around the plate — nothing major. Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth stay. Thank you for hosting!

Comfortable, cheap. The host is also responsive, the room is clean, the equipment is complete. The environment is comfortable, on the G floor, there is a familymart, jogging track, pool, gym, laundry. If there are activities/events in the surrounding area, I will definitely stay here again.

Small studio but perfect for 1 , 2 and everything in it and quiet , no noise of cars. Clear instructions (sorry about my mistake with the lock,my mistake ) I am coming often through Jakarta I may be back. Yungni I did not meet. is very nice, helpful thanks/merci /terimakhasi

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
