The tinyhouse is located at the edge of a field of one hectare, in the middle of the vineyard and agricultural field cultivate in organic with the backdrop of the Diois mountains. It is a secluded and natural farmhouse. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, through small wild trails, crossing the natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, martin sinners, shepherds of the creeks This cottage is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
