This is a true 'beach house' right on the beach! Enjoy good old family beach holidays in this charming & cosy home! It is not perfect but the location & views are what makes this house so special. You can't get closer to the sand & sea than this. Swim,surf or snorkel in front of the house. Early morning sunrises are incredible. Look out for the whales and dophins too. Close by are well known golf courses, Padel, Pickle Ball, a gym, the Ski boat club,a Mall & fantastic restaurants.

It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! This garden cottage is situated 30 minutes south of Durban, South Africa. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, we are less than 1 km away from the seashore and shops, with easy access to freeways. The garden cottage shares an entrance and parking with the main house, but is an independent holding. It has an open plan kitchenette, dining room and sitting room (with a couch perfect for an extra sleeping space). The bedroom has a comfy double bed with both a dresser and cupboard.
