Sied Yr Ardd

Lovely quiet and private place to stay. Everything was clean and tidy, smelling fresh, and it was easy to feel relaxed. Bed was very comfy. Informative guide provided as well with recommendations and clear instructions. Convenient location close to places we wanted to visit, as well as shops. Good space to do morning yoga in the cwtch with no distractions and listening to the sound of birdsong. Loved the style and decor as well, made it easy to feel at home. Nice welcome welshcakes and milk provided as well as a cute postcard. Sian was very communicative throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others as has everything you need and is a cute place to stay!

Penycae Oak Lodge with HOT TUB

LewisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Oak Lodge run by the team at Penycae inn is a lovely, Warm, inviting place to call home for a few days. location is perfect as you are within short driving distance of a massive amount of different walks and activities but is still nestled in a pretty/quiet area. The best thing is the proximity to the inn - tasty food available at the drop of a hat and really takes the guesswork out of lunch/dinner. they also do a killer full Welsh breakfast! All the staff at the inn are incredibly friendly and helpful too. Only complaint is the birds in the on site mini zoo are really obnoxious when trying to sleep if you're in the back bedroom! we'd happily return, it's been a lovely stay

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Julie's Airbnb. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Julie was a lovely and welcoming host, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The property itself is immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could need. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, and after a day out, the outdoor space is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The thoughtful touches and little treats left by Julie were much appreciated and made the stay feel even more special. I honestly can’t fault a thing—this place is a real gem. Highly recommended!

Henrhyd Home, nestled in Waterfall Country

This is a fantastic place to stay. Marc was extremely friendly and had a good chat on check in. Excellent host. He had lots of local recommendations, walks and food. Basically the place was perfect and the great value. Stayed in some rubbish cabins that were double the price of this house. It’s a great location to base yourself. I’d thoroughly recommend and would like to return sometime for a longer stay. There wasn’t really any negatives.

Shepherd's Hut in Brecon Beacons

what a lovely place! It was spotlessly clean and the outside area was beautiful. We had use of a BBQ and a firepit and there was plenty of seating options plus a hidden hammock with great views. The bed was super comfy, the shower was lovely and we had all the cutlery, glasses etc that you could want. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay and for the little extras you left for us.
