A fantastic place to stay for exploring the area, and it had loads of nice little touches to make you feel at home and make life easier. It was very useful to have a washing machine! The host sent a whole PDF booklet in advance on the area and things to do, places to go, recommendations of where to eat, etc, which was so great to have. Would definitely stay here again!

Jackie was lovely to deal with and the location of her place is fantastic. We were blessed with perfect weather and my photos of the view of the beach made family members comment that it looked like the Caribbean! We were only three people so we were spoiled for space in the kitchen and the living area. A very special visit to Porthcurno and one we won't forget in a hurry.

Wow what a beautiful little hideaway! The pictures do make it look lovely but the reality was even better. The place feel cosy and homely and all the attention to detail (quirky light fixtures, high quality crockery etc) added such character. The table was a great space for doing my evening puzzle too. Really cannot think of anything I would change and really hope to book for my next visit.

We had a lovely stay at Trewince House, would highly recommend it. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy, with a comfy bed and a hot shower. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge is light and airy. The apartment is part of a beautiful house, with a large attractive garden, perfectly situated to enjoy the peaceful location, and starry nights, weather permitting. A very narrow lane approaches the house but it’s not too long. Port Navas is a little jewel just waiting to be discovered. Susan gave us good local knowledge for walks, places to eat etc, and was always quick to respond to any queries. We can highly recommend the delightful little PN Yacht Club, where dress is casual, the food and ambience really good. Special mention to Melissa who makes everyone feel welcome. Would definitely book in advance. Had delicious fish and chips at the Ferry Boat Inn. Would also recommend a cruise with Hetty, from Helford River Cruises, who was friendly and knowledgeable.

Kate is a kind and caring host and her Garden Flat is stunning. I felt immediately at home amongst the simple elegance of the decor, the garden view bringing soft day light into the cottage, and the thoughtful amenities insuring a comfortable stay. Kate’s attention to detail has created an exceptional experience for her guests. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. I arrived by train and appreciated the easy walk to Kate’s Garden Flat. The location was great for a first time visitor offering an easy walk into town, as well as, along the harbor and seaside promenade. My time at Kate’s cottage was my best AirB&B experience to date and I look forward to a return visit.

The apartment was great. Very clean and well presented. Had everything you’d need for a short stay near the beach. Hosts were wonderful and friendly. Location was perfect for visiting all the local towns and beaches. Great stay, thank you!

I loved my third stay at Helena's apartment! Helena is a great host, readily available if you want to ask any questions! The apartment has a cosy bedroom, lovely bathroom and a handy kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave and always feels like a home from home when I come and stay! I look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful flat. It has a fabulous view, great deck, and is very comfortable inside. Our host was very responsive and we’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay at Martha’s right in the centre of Falmouth! The apartment was exactly as described and in such a great location, literally a minutes walk if that from the main high street. Would highly recommend to anyone :)

Lovely apartment with fabulous views over Carbis Bay and St Ives. Everything that we needed for a restful and relaxing holiday, very tastefully fitted out, and well appointed place to stay. Second time visiting and it was just as good as the first time , we stayed for 10 nights and already want to go back . If peace and tranquility is what your looking for then this is the perfect place , great location with so many amazing destinations within 20 minutes away ( north and south coast ) . Smashing wee place with great access for walks around the area or just exploring Penryn itself and especially handy for cafes, takeaways restaurants and good pubs. It was nice to return to somewhere I'd been before and see how it had improved since 1979!

We have just come back from 4 nights in Porthtowan, what a fantastic apartment to base ourselves in! Walkable to the beach and perfect location for visiting Falmouth & St Ives! Comfortable bed and all facilities were clean & useable. We can’t wait to come back again next summer 😊 Thank you Dominique & Andrew x

We had a lovely stay at Claudio’s, friendly and responsive hosts. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped with a small kitchenette providing the use of a hob, small oven, fridge and kettle. There were basic amenities provided such as tea, coffee, basic cooking seasonings (I.e salt and pepper) as well as shower items and women’s hygiene products. I found this to be thoughtful and making the place homely . Would definitely recommend coming here, there was parking provided at the back of the cottage and lots of local recommendations made by the hosts. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

My family of four recently stayed at Pamela’s place in Portreath and we had a blissful week in paradise! Everything about the week was great - Pamela and her family are so lovely and friendly and it truly felt like a home away from home. I booked this place especially for the amenities of the pool and hot tub and my kids (11 and 8) loved it! It was so nice to have an uncrowded swimming pool to relax at! The apartment was clean and cozy and was a great base for our week of adventures. It was nice to be able to walk 5 minutes for a morning pastry and coffee from the local bakery. It is clear from its immaculate and beautiful nature that Bassett Acre is a source of pride for Pamela and her family and they were perhaps the most gracious and friendly hosts of any place my family has stayed. We are already planning another stay next summer!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We visited Liz and Dave's beautiful apartment for my 40th birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Inside, the space was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed several mornings and afternoons on the lovely balcony. The location was amazing, very close to the train station and a bus stop and very easily walkable to pretty much anything you'd want to do in town. There is also a path across the street that takes you down to a stunning beach. Liz and Dave were responsive and just totally lovely, and made us feel welcome and special for our special occasion. I just cannot recommend the space highly enough! Thank you Liz and Dave!! (and Tara and Claire!)

Beautiful apartment with sea view and free parking (huge bonus in St Ives). Easy to walk into the town and down to the beach. Spacious and very clean. Great to have access to the Harbour Spa hotel facilities. Can’t wait to come back!

we had a great stay at Kevin's apartment. being close to the town centre with its own parking was a bonus. The apartment was very nice, clean and modern and Kevin was easy to deal with. easy walking distance to both the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend it. Dave

We had a fantastic stay in Maenporth over May half term. The views were even more spectacular than the pictures. We saw dolphins in the bay one evening and spent hours with the binoculars looking at the coastline. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning with all the flowers and birds. A short walk down the hill to the gorgeous beach below, meant there was always plenty to do, but it never felt too busy. Melanie was very responsive and helpful when we needed her. Overall a great holiday. Thank You
