Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peoria

We always love when getaway exceeds our expectations! This home was charming…from the furnishings to the outdoor patio space! Cozy and welcoming! The location was perfect- close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. We were in town for a wedding and able to stop back for a quick fresh up, it was that close to the venue!

Amy is an excellent host, very kind, attentive and respectful, we loved staying in her home.

Amazing place, stunning views, and incredible amenities. We’d give it 6 stars if we could. The early morning hot tub over looking the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. From billiards, to fishing, driving golf balls into the lake, and games galore, this place is fun for the whole family! The friendly and knowledgeable host provides a river themed stay and adventure that we will never forget.

Enjoyed staying in the quaint little place called Hanna City, host is Shanna bythe neighborhood was quiet n peaceful. The little house was adorable,Shanna had it set up so cute, we didn't want for anything! I'm telling all my friends n family We will b back😊 Renee'

Might be my favorite Airbnb place so far. It was very clean, and I really liked that all the light switches were labelled. Cindy was very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. The interior was very well designed and well thought out.

We loved the place! It was beautiful and immaculate. Very welcoming, felt like home. Amie thought of everything and was well-stocked for anything we might have forgotten. The beds were super comfy. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! We wanted to stay forever. We definitely hope to get it again next year. Amie is a wonderful, professional host who obviously takes pride in what she does. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! We were a little nervous about the driveway based on a past review or 2, but ended up having zero problems getting in or out. It was totally fine! Thanks again!

This was peaceful get away. Loved watching the birds, sitting on the front porch, grilling, playing games and chillin around the fire pit at night. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Everyone upstairs controlled their own heat/air so we got to regulate our own bedroom temperatures. The Farmhouse makes you feel like you are visiting family. Comfort away from home. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals instead of eating out. There were several nice hometown eateries near and did not take long to get to when we chose to go out to eat. Loved our stay at the Farmhouse. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We had a good stay at Shawn’s house while we were in town for a wedding. They were able to let us check in a little early. The game room was a cool addition. It’s not something they can change, but it is an older home so it’s pretty creaky. Just a heads up for families and groups. We recommend this home and the hosts!

Oh. My. Gosh. I love finding old buildings that have been renovated for rentals. I have never been so jazzed as when I stepped into Marcia's space, and I was pulled back to the 1920's. Beautiful renovation, but equally beautiful and impressive was the respect and admiration the hosts display for the past, and for the history of this amazing building. Such an inspiration! This place should be a destination for anyone visiting the Springfield area. Super WOWED!!

Our 2nd stay at this location. We love the large living area, open kitchen and 1 and a half bathrooms. Perfect for couples who are accustomed to more than one bathroom. Sitting on the covered porch is a treat! Wish we would’ve had time to use the grill. Will definitely come back in the winter to try out the fireplace and play the board games they have available.

The unit was well supplied with everything we could have needed. It was very nice, just like the pictures on the website. Dan was very friendly and helpful.

We had a girls trip and stayed at this Airbnb and it was perfect! The vibe and how comfy and at home we felt! Will definitely stay here again if in Illinois again! Highly recommend

Great space, kitchen was large enough to cook comfortably and well stocked with essentials! LARGE comfortable bedroom with huge closet. Washers and dryers onsite so no need to haul laundry out or home. Amazing space and hosts, we would give it more than 5 stars if possible and our furbaby gives it 4 paws up!!!!! Looking forward to returning.

Amazing place! So much bigger than we anticipated and really great value. The host had recommendations for places to go and local restaurants. Very nice and responsive.

Quiet cul de sac location with clean and comfortable lodging. Perfect for a long weekend stay. We would rent again.
