Holiday houses in Peratata

Alloggio di piccole dimensioni ma impeccabile. Regina e Dionisi ci hanno procurato pomodori buonissimi e ci hanno offerto verdure e uova di loro produzione. L'alloggio è tranquillo e in una zona con tanto verde. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il campanile di fronte incomincia a suonare i rintocchi alle 8 del mattino. Perfetta come sveglia per poter visitare le meravigliose spiagge dell'isola senza traffico e parcheggi ancora vuoti.

Makis was an absolute Superstar of a host! He even picked us up at the airport when we arrived and left 2 bottles of water and a lovely bottle of Greek wine in the fridge for our arrival. The Veranda suite is immaculate and Makis has thought about every level of detail. It is single handedly the best air B&B we have stayed at. The property is spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully designed. The balcony is massive and has a hot tub with the most stunning views over the bay. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and spacious. The property is located in a very peaceful location and it’s a lovely 10/15 min walk along the shore front into the main square (€7 for a taxi back at the end of the evening). We are already planning to come back next year as we had such a brilliant time!

Zoe’s Suite is perfect for a couple! It has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, aircon, king size bed, luxurious shower room - and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all else, it has the most stunning sea views that we enjoyed looking out at all throughout the day, from the moment we woke up in bed to when we had our meals outside. The villa is situated in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets, the main town of Argostoli, and most importantly one of the best sandy beaches in Kefalonia (Makris Gialos)! The village of Lakithra is peaceful and quaint, with a few restaurants, a bar and a delicious pastry shop (Antonis) down the road that you have to try for traditional delicious pastries/cakes. All interactions with Clayde, Panagis and Nancy from HostingMe were great - prompt, friendly, accommodating! We really can’t recommend Zoe’s Suite enough, you’ll love your stay!

Vynikající a velmi milá pani. Perfektní ubytovani výborně vybavené. Upekla nám dokonce jablkový koláč a když jsme odjížděli tak jsme dostali pražené oříšky místní specialita. Velmi doporucuji toto ubytovani. ❤️🔆

abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni (troppo pochi) a Cefalonia e questa casa è stata la miglior scelta che potessimo fare. perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone. Tutto ordinato e super pulito. Non manca nulla: la cucina dispone di ogni tipo di accessori/elettrodomestici . ogni stanza è climatizzata e tutti gli infissi hanno la zanzariera. la Wi-Fi raggiunge anche lo spazio esterno che è ancor meglio: mega giardino con olivi e piante da frutto, erba tenuta benissimo, giochi per bambini, amaca, barbeque gigantesco per gli amanti della brace come me. Abbiamo trovato anche la carbonella e relativi accessori. Ultimo ma non per importanza l'host: siamo arrivati tardi la sera ma Kostas ci ha accolto per il check-in in modo impeccabile, gentile e disponibile, e con una bottiglia di vino bianco locale (robola, molto buono), birre, frutta e praline caramellate. Sempre reattivo ad ogni nostra richiesta durante il soggiorno. Da tornarci sicuramente!!

L' alloggio rispettava la descrizione sul sito. C'è tutto l'indispensabile in casa. Angeliki è molto discreta e non si sentiva la presenza sua e della famiglia. Consiglio il suo alloggio soprattutto per il giardino curato e la presenza dell'aria condizionata molto utile. Grazie. Consigliato.

Ο χώρος της κυρίας Μαρίας ήταν ότι έπρεπε για τις διακοπές ενος ζευγαριού. Μικρός αλλά παρά πολύ εξοπλισμένος χώρος που σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα με μεγάλη και όμορφη αυλή και ιδιωτικο πάρκινγκ , δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα σε μια πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μόλις 10 λεπτά απο το Αργοστόλι, όλα αυτά σε συνδιασμο με την άψογη φιλοξενία της κυρίας Μαρίας που φρόντισε να μην μας λείψει τίποτα και να μας ενημερώσει για της παραλίες, μαγαζιά, πανηγύρια - εκδηλώσεις του νησιού έκαναν τις διακοπές μας και την διαμονή μας ομορφότερες. ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!! το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Haus von Spyros und Fotis in Kefalonia. Wir waren eine ganze Woche hier und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock eines Hauses, daneben ist noch eine weiter Wohnung von der man nichts mitbekommt. Es ist ruhig, idylisch, einfach wunderbar. Es wirkt so als wäre man auf einem Hof am Land, runderherum Hühner, ein Hahn der einen weckt, und eine sehr liebe Katze die uns jeden Tag besucht hat. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ist blau wie im Bilderbuch. Im September war es schon etwas kühl jedoch ist diese Insel immer eine Reise wert. Es ist wunderbar, keine Touristenmassen, viele liebe Tiere, tolles Meer, nette, hilfsbereite Leute und wunderbares Essen. Die Gastgeber haben sich stets bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu schenken, haben immer auf alle meine 100 Fragen geantwortet. Alles in allem ein total liebes Haus in dem man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon sehr.
