Fifty-year-old mansion in Perdões. This big house is our vacation home in the south of Minas, where our families are. It is in the historic center, on a beautiful street. We seek to keep it restored, respecting the architectural features and decor of the period. However, we have added some modern comfort items. An excellent house for gathering family and friends and enjoying the sunset on the porch. There's even an orchard with fruit trees! Jabuticaba, orange, persimmon and other trees. Oxygen abounds!
