On feet you can reach shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, cafè and two nice green parks to relax and walk. The apartment is just 3,5 km far from the center and 5 minutes far from the apartment you can reach the Tramvia bus which brings you to historical centre of Florence in 10 minutes. It was very easy to find the place, we were able to park easily. The instructions were clear. The listing is actually the host's apartment. We had access to a bedroom (which locks) as well as the bathroom and shared kitchen. The room was nice but the bathroom was not very clean. The kitchen was good and this morning the host offered us small snacks. We were able to get to the city center in about 30 min by bus. The accommodation is in a fairly far area from the city center but there is a bus stop right next door. Alexa was very welcoming and left us a list of recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Andreas and his accommodation contributed to our superb stay in this beautiful region. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, outdoor...) to spend a good vacation. We used the train a lot to get to the hypercenter of Florence, cheap and fast, the line leads to Pisa. We easily parked the car, useful for discovering Siena, San Gimignano among others. Andreas' welcome and the discovery of the rental immediately seduced us. He is an attentive, responsive host who was able to put us at ease to continue our vacation in the best possible conditions. We highly recommend it Thank you... for this week.

The host was sufficiently interested and quickly answered all our questions. The location of the house was good and you can reach the city by bus. The entrance and exit of the parking lot is quite comfortable. The house was exactly as described and everything was clean. My wife and I had a very comfortable 4 days. Thanks again for everything
