The building, classified as a historic monument, has privileged access: shops, restaurants, pedestrian streets, nearby banks, and free parking 50 meters away.

Welcome to the heart of Perigueux. Studio on the 4th floor under very bright attic, completely renovated and fully equipped. You will find all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, linens, Nespresso…). You have a king size bed or 2 beds of 90 as well as a sofa bed (quality mattress) and a heater (on request). The stairs are narrow and period. In case of rental for 2, bedding will be provided for 1 bed. On request, the 2nd bed will be prepared (€10).
