The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

Todos a una distancia máxima de 5 minutos en coche. Además, está al lado de panaderías, tiendas y restaurantes, donde podrás degustar la famosa gastronomía gallega. La piscina y el jacuzzi ya están DISPONIBLES.

It has three bedrooms, a playroom for children to enjoy, two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bathtub), a living room and a fully equipped new kitchen (with an oven and laundry area).
