A successful stay. The terrace for relaxation is amazing. The apartment is clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the wind, but that's not the owners' fault :). I recommend it. A wonderful place to rest and reset.

We stayed a week in the beautiful apartment. Alex is always available, helpful and super nice! Everything is as in the pictures and in the description. Clean, simple and even much more in the accommodation than indicated, e.g. hygiene items. But I also think that some guests have left it there. There are a lot of sweet and trusting cats there. We always fed them and it was really nice to get up in the morning and the kittens were on the terrace and greeted us. All appliances worked properly. The neighbors are also all super friendly. The beach is only 2-3 minutes away on foot. Parking right in front of the door, which was very good as we also traveled a lot by car. The only thing that didn't do us any good was the mattress, which was a bit too hard. I would book an accommodation from Alex again immediately, should we come to Cyprus again. 10/10 thanks Alex!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

We were delighted to stay in Elena’s place. It was super clean, with numerous nice touches and a lovely view from the balcony. We loved the little coffee machine and the fact we had all the amenities to cook a nourishing breakfast. The apartment is only a short walk from Larnaca’s main strip and Mackenzie beach. Would definitely recommend and come back to Elena’s place in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with Maria and Marios very much! They were extremely friendly and helpful - you feel welcome right away. We asked Maria a few questions about the area and received direct help for activities and restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing, with the rental car everything was easily accessible. It was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. The large terrace is a real highlight! We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for the time

The place is close to the beach, at the time of my stay it was a quiet environment. Amenities were sufficient. Since I had a longer stay, it was very pleasant for me that there was also a cooking facility available. The host responds quickly, is very friendly and also gives tips for good food or sights. The nearest shopping is about 25 minutes away if you walk. It wasn't an issue for me

A week in Cyprus in beautiful Livadia/Larnaca! The apartment made us feel completely at home and had everything we needed! Very good bed and very comfortable mattress. The kitchen was fully equipped and we could use our own jars (for take away lunch) for our day trips! We enjoyed the chillies on the terrace to the fullest and had Netflix to watch movies! Super fun! At the pool no one else encountered, so it felt very private which makes it very comfortable! The water pressure is indeed low but we always enjoyed the refreshing shower! Because we had a car, we could easily get to the city and other excursions, so the location was perfect for us! We also had our own parking space so we never had to stress! We will definitely come back! Cyprus and also Bobi stole our heart! 💋

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. It's located right on the beach and the balcony provides a great place to enjoy the view. There are a few mini-markets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walking. There's also a bus station near the house that can be used to get to Larnaka, the Lidl supermarket or other places. Maria was very friendly and responsive whenever we had queries. Overall I would recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy place, just as described. Katina was very responsive and helpful, giving clear instructions on hiw to find the place. the beach is right accross the road with lots of parking space

We had a great stay , beautiful appartmber very close to the sea . Eva and team were really helpful and responsive. We found the main bed very hard but contacted Eva and team and they sent extra duvets to lay down the very next morning . thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy .

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which can be reached on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia warm regards Tobias and Nicole

Vanko is an amazing host and the apartment is a hidden gem. It was so nice to stay at the apartment with the jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. It's got everything you'll need and is in the center of Larnaca and really close to the beach

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

An amazing place by the sea. There was only one problem: the refrigerator didn't work and there was no one to come fix it because of the holidays, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Everything was perfect we throughly enjoyed our stay there. Yes its not so close to the beach, if you have a car and your wanting to explore Cyprus its really not an issue. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Thank You

Wonderful stay at Gilles’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean. The location was just so peaceful. I walked into town and to the beach easily. Lidl and s close by for groceries. Gilles’s communication was excellent from the moment of booking until I checked out. He gracefully granted me a later check out. I recommend this apartment without any reservations. Enjoy 😊
