Traditionally built around a courtyard shared by two other bungalows. If you would like a traditional 'Cypriot' experience... It's here.. and so easy to relax and enjoy our little sanctuary. I highly recommend hiring a carfor our location.

The house is very bright, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a quiet coastal village, 15 km from downtown Larnaca and very close to the beach. The village square is at 1,300 meters and has restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, etc. The house also has a nice garden with views of the countryside and the sea.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Anoki is a great host! Replies were very fast and everything was there for us to have a very comfortable stay. All the basics were there so that was very convenient. A few points, the kitchen and bathroom are fine, but a bit old - slightly low water pressure and the water doesn’t get hot during the morning/day. And make sure to realise this house has quite some stairs. We travelled with two small kids and I kind of missed this but overall it is doable. Also a car is definitely needed, there isn’t really anything near the house. We didn’t stay at the beach in front because it isn’t the prettiest one. It was very nice to not have to buy basics such as shower gel or peper and salt etc. Everything was there! That was really nice :) overall we had a very nice stay!
