Benjamin was responsive to my queries and Uncle along was helpful, responsive and friendly. This was my 2nd stay with their another unit and my big family still love both units alot. To add on, the Muslim utensils was under lock so we are very assured they are sensitive to our religious needs and there is a 'kiblat' sticker to show the prayer direction. Thank you so much Ben and Uncle Leong. we will definitely come back!!

Great place for a big family gathering. Ample of room and lots of extra beds everywhere. Our family had a great time coming together here. Highly recommend and location is perfect

Very Responsive Host, Beautiful Place For A Family Gathering, Enjoyed The Moment

The host, Fynn, was great - easy to communicate with and prompt in her responses. The property is spacious and can sleep 10-15 adults comfortably. The layout of the house allowed us to hold approx 50 guests easily during our daughter's first birthday party and the kids enjoyed the pool of course.

Good location, plenty of food options nearby and close to KSL/Midvalley. Check in and out is self service. Deposit collection was a bit troublesome as we paid cash and had to wait for staff to pass back us on checkout day. Thankful one staff bank transferred me as the staff with cash was running late.

Everything was as described in the listing, all my family members (from young to elderly) were very satisfied with the stay, we will definitely come back to this place again if we were to arrange another family gathering ❤️❤️❤️

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Whether we were lounging by the living room and challenging each other in games, or simply unwinding in the spacious living area, every moment was special. The villa is an absolute oasis of luxury, ideal for families or friends looking for an exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Good place for a family and friends vacation.

A great place for gathering with huge family. Pool table, swimming pool and karaoke were great entertainment. Will go back again.

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

good house and security with plenty to play inside the house but location must have car.. if not will be quite tough. overall like the picture and satisfied with stay

My original booking had an unexpected issue there was no water supply in the unit. However, the host responded quickly and arranged an alternative home for us, which was clean and comfortable. While the situation was inconvenient at first, I really appreciate the host’s effort to resolve it promptly. Good customer service overall. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and friendly. Instructions provided were clear and we had a very smooth check in process. The place was clean and great. Our kids enjoyed the indoor playground and clean jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again when we can.
