Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Përmet

Stayed only one night. Not much time for real experience of the accommodation and the area.

Had a great stay at Anxhela's place. She was always extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet and great location for many things to do. However, the car is absolutely necessary. The place was totally clean and everything was available (incl. Pepper, salt, toilet paper, linens, towels, etc.). At our arrival we were greeted by a nice gentleman, otherwise we probably wouldn't have found it directly. Overall it was a great stay (also highly recommended with two small children), with a very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

A host as you rarely find, full 👍of attentiveness, kindness, accommodation overlooking the city in the middle of lemon trees among cats and turtles, accessibility can be difficult for some people... but tranquility is worth it!!

Klaudio and his home represent the best of what Airbnb has to offer, and hospitality in general. I had an incredible time exploring the castle grounds from his spacious ancestral abode and getting to know both him and Berat. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Albania, and genuinely hope to return for another stay sometime.

Very cozy apartment with authentic charme in the middle of the Berat castle. You can see and feel with how much love they renovated the house. The drive through the castle is a little adventurous but totally worth it.

The house was clean and the view was nice. He gave us useful instructions about the environment. If you're coming by car, the roads are a little narrow. You may have difficulty finding the location, but the host will help you with this.

Devi has been a really nice guy and introduced us to the apartment and the city very well ! His father, who’s also living in the house was also very kind, helped us with parking the car and showed us around the house. The apartment is really clean, the furniture is new and the bathroom is excellent ! You need about 10 minutes to walk to the Oldtown - and it doesn’t feels like 10 minutes cause you have a lot to see. 100% recommended !

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

Very nice hosts with a great apartment. The castle can be reached on foot via a few shortcuts and the city center is also very close. The place was clean and well appointed. Donald always responded to my messages immediately and was always available. We would come back!

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. We had just a fantastic time in Gijrokastër and the appartment was a big part of it. The garden is so lovely and the view breath taking! The family is so nice and friendly, they helped with parking and getting our stuff inside. The breakfast was so yummy, with „home grown“ Eggs and goats milk. It’s a 10min walk to the castle, we had our bicycles which is also fine. Absolute recommendation just like all the other reviews!

Please do not trust Google Maps if you are coming by car. The tangle of alleys is a challenge for motorists and pedestrians. The stay in this historic house was great.

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

Stunning location! a bit tricky to find but we were directed by one of the locals and Adi's mother was there to great us. The rooms were lovely, clean and showers good. Breakfast was prepared by Adi and his mother, and was delicious!

We had a great stay at Xhulio’s place. The kitchen was fully equipped, the surrounding views were amazing to wake up to each morning. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for their holiday! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

This location is quite close to the center and has direct sea views. We went in the late season (early November). It was therefore very quiet. There are some beach clubs directly on the coast, but we have not been bothered by this due to closure.

It was pleasant stay there, the accomodation was great as we expected. We loved sunset view from the balcony. It was the icing on the cake. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic stay at Grigor’s apartment in Saranda! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning views of the sea and the town, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. It was lively in the evenings, but that’s part of the charm of Saranda—and thankfully, everything quiets down by midnight, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth—no hassle whatsoever, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Saranda

The apartment is beautifully located on the river and the sea. Quiet location yet very centrally located (a few minutes' drive from Saranda City). Lara is a very accommodating and helpful host, answers quickly and has asked several times if everything is ok. Thanks for that!
