Holiday rentals with a patio in Pernambuco Beach

Apartment matches the photos, close to everything, clean and organized, I had everything I needed for a good stay, doormen always polite, very close to everything, I will come back more often.

We spent great days in the accommodation. It fully complied with the images and descriptions, the comfortable beds, pillows and super clean bedding. Great bath towels are also available! Kitchen complete with many items, super complete building and has a market on the next street that is very large as well, so it is very easy if you do not find something in the market located in the building. We will definitely return in a next opportunity.

I stayed with my 3-year-old husband and daughter, and we just love it. The apartment exactly as described. All very clean and organized, has all the necessary utensils of a home. The “backyard” is definitely a differential for those who have children. The very clean and organized condominium, super modern gym and kids space with toys in excellent condition. The apartment is right at the beginning of the condo, which literally leaves you a few steps from the beach. Ricardo was super helpful and always met fast in what was necessary. In addition, we love everything and will be back for sure!!

The 3 suites have air-conditioning working well and clean, provided us with good nights of sleep. Clean bedding, good mattresses, hot shower, everything perfect. The kitchen has everything, very well-equipped, and at the barbecue there is a second refrigerator, which was very useful to us. Internet works very well. In the pool area and barbecue loses a little sign, but for those who are in this area I recommend that you do not use the smartphone and enjoy what the space has to offer to the sides of your companies. The condominium is too much! It's a nature immersion experience, just bring a good repellent that's all right. The employees of the condominium are exemplary, they gave us all the attention, very polite and attentive. The location is great, easy access to the beaches, close to markets, bakery, Jequitimar, etc. We will definitely be back.

I spent a month in the house with the family and it was great! The house works very well! I also worked remotely with video and audio and it worked perfectly. Easy access to the beaches of Pernambuco, Iporanga, Praia Branca, Sorocotuba and Eden! The neighborhood is very busy and you can find everything in Pereque. I had instant support from the host with an unforeseen event that happened at the house and everything was perfect. I need to mention the extra effort that the host made to welcome us to organize a washing machine in the house since we traveled with a baby! Extremely attentive to the needs.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
