The place has a good structure with a bakery, restaurants, Jequiti shopping mall and others, if you want more excitement, we are 15 minutes from the cove. The apartment is furnished with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area. We do not accept pets (subject to a fine). No smoking.
