The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

It forms the focus of a traditional small farm, which has hardly changed since the 1950’s. The living area is upstairs to take advantage of the farm views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have either king size double beds or 2 single beds each. There is a private garden and open access to 20 acres of beautiful farmland.
