The house is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There's parking for multiple cars, a balcony, kitchen with Range Cooker and sociable dining and living space with books, toys and games. There's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The top floor has a spacious double room and bathroom. Ideal for families and couples.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.
