Perfect location to discover the Mayenne, quietly located in front of the town hall of Saint Berthevin (many shops in the village 2 minutes walk), 10/15 minutes from downtown and Laval train station. Our house has all the high-end modern equipment for a pleasant stay: equipped kitchen, wifi, new furniture and bedding Free parking.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
