Upstairs: sunny open space - kitchen, dining and living. 2 Bedrms: compact, with closet + desk. Bathrm+ powder rm. Kids welcome. Comfy beds, down duvets, feather pillows [and non feather]. TV to use as monitor [no cable]. Bring cable to connect to your laptop.

The Happy House - 5 bedrooms! Right downtown.

Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.

Comfy mattresses, feather and non-feather pillows, down duvets... Bring cables to connect your computer to the TV for on line viewing...Bring your yoga mat. Situated right downtown close to everything! Family friendly or hang out with friends. Very tiny deck-ette. Terrace at the back of the building.
