Our space is 70 meters from the beach, tourist park and aquarium. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a full American kitchen. Service area. 2 ceiling fans and air conditioning. A small bedroom, double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Balcony with hammock. 1 beach kit with mat, umbrella and 2 chairs. You'll love it, it's ideal for the family to rest. It has a view of the sea from the balcony and a view of the mountain from the laundry room. Bed for 5 people. New Year's and Carnival only 4 nights. Holidays 2 nights.

Apê 1228 is in the center of Peruíbe: a few meters away is the central market, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. In addition, in front is Peruíbe's trendiest beach. Apartment 1036 is on the 10th floor of the Serra dos Itatins Condominium, in downtown Peruíbe. It has a panoramic view of the beach, the city and the Juréia reserve. Wifi in the apartment and space for remote work (table with power point and sea view!). Nearby there are several restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all within walking distance if you wish. There are several kiosks by the sea in front of the apartment. Bedding and personal items must be brought. There's no garage!
