The house has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and a fan in the living room. Next to the ground-floor house, there is also a studio with shared outdoor areas (garden - parking) The house is 500 m from the beach and 9 km from Argostoli, the capital of the island. (A car is recommended; there is a municipal bus to Argostoli once a day.)
