Newly renovated urban style apartment on the top floor in the highest building so with a panoramic view. Big masted 160x200. The guest bedroom is a small but with big comfortable 180x200 mattress. In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. The loft is full of stylish books, apple TV, sound system and smart home app. Enjoy your stay!

Designer Dream Home with Stunning View

The apartment is brilliant. Clean, comfortable with a great location. The views out of the window are better than the pictures can show. Watching the boats go by and the sunset behind Buda castle were unexpected bonuses of the trip. The apartment is surprisingly quiet. Even though there is a fairly large road below, it was not as noisy as we expected even with the big window open and the triple glazed windows kept any noise out at night. The boat terminal across the road is for the big river cruise boats that only moor up maybe twice a day and there is no noise from them either. One or two minor problems with the aircon and the washing machine were dealt with swiftly by Mihaly and the team. All in all, we had a great stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anybody.

If you have the ability to cover the cost of this place, don’t hesitate! It is one of our most favorite places and locations we have ever stayed. There is a Lidl grocery, cafes and restaurants within the block. The area is quiet at night and enjoyable to walk around once the crowds have departed. If stairs are an issue then this may not be the best location for you. You could eat out but the views from this rental beat just about anywhere. We would 100% stay again should we return to Budapest.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is a quiet street, but within 10 minutes walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment has so much space with wonderful natural lighting. The beds are comfortable and the showers worked well with plenty of hot water. Everything is as pictured. The AC worked well and having a washer combined with a dryer was extremely helpful for a long trip. The elevator did not work initially for several days but the apartment is on the second floor so it was not too burdensome when it did not work. The host Tibor is very responsive. You cannot beat the location and comfort of this apartment.

This is a fabulous apartment in a quiet part of town. Top floor but only the fourth floor with a lift and nice gentle steps. The doctor could be from an Ideal Home magazine, such a great space with a fabulous vista and very bright and airy. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The owners were super responsive when we had questions or minor issues. What a great place to base any trip to Budapest.

The check-in process was smooth, with helpful guidance videos provided. The apartment was spotless and well-organized upon our arrival. We definitely recommend this place!
