Family-friendly holiday rentals in Petach Tikva

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment is in a new building in a great location and is comfortable and user friendly. It had everything we needed.

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

Our stay in Mordehai's apartment went extremely well! The exceptional location (two minutes from the kikar on foot), the cleanliness and responsiveness of Mordehai allowed us to feel extremely comfortable! The beds are very comfortable, which is an important requirement for my husband. The bedrooms and the living room are delicately fragrant which brings all the more sweetness and freshness! Beautiful apartment, large and spacious, beautiful sea and sun set views. Clean and very nicely presented so it felt like home. Helpful to have on site parking and the pool and steam room facilities were a real treat. Great location with nice walk round the marina to the shopping mall and local supermarket. Sivana was also very flexible and we would be very happy to return.

Stunning apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florentine neighborhood with very many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the beautiful Mediterranean sea in front of the eyes, the view of the sea in every room is amazing!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience! Even before we arrived in Israel, Havi was incredibly responsive—answering all my (many!) questions, often at times I didn’t expect a reply. The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a few blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It’s spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large dining area. We especially loved the enclosed porch and the large, comfortable living room with two oversized couches—perfect for relaxing. When my niece, who lives in Tel-Aviv, visited, she immediately told her parents that this is where they need to stay next time they visit Tel Aviv. Havi was a wonderful host, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. If we return to Tel Aviv, this is absolutely where we’ll stay again.

Terrific Place in the heart of TLV. Sitting in the evening on the rooftop with whirlpool, in the middle of TLV downtown, watching air planes flying above your head and enjoying the view and sound of TLV is pretty amazing. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, all daily necessities were available and the host was always available should any questions arise. The air conditioning was outstanding as we were probably visiting in the hottest week of the year. From our side 5 out of 5 stars.

We had an amazing stay at Dan’s place it is a beautiful location in the city but right outside of the chaos of Tel Aviv. Very beautiful apartment and Dan was a very communicative host and gave us good recommendations. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay at Dan’s place again! :)

This stay was an easy 5/5. Petty is a an amazing hostess and the apt is just great! Clean and with all the amenities you may want. It was an absolute pleasure staying there.

This was my third stay at Doron’s apartment. I plan to return next year to rent the apartment again. The location is good and the apartment is attractively priced. There is a shelter in the lower floor. Doron is very attentive and friendly.

The studio was what I hoped, and felt very cosy and homey to me. A private space away from an amazing city down the stairs. All instructions to get in were very clear. I had no questions or difficulties. During my stay, Dori also made sure to keep communication up and ask if everything was ok. He was there if I would need him. Check-in was very flexible, thank you Dori! The neighbours are very friendly and kind. Good shower, clean bathroom, good bed. Spectacular view from the roof!

The best location, and very spacious! For remote workers, this is a dream Airbnb to be able to get work done with lots of natural night, good AC, and be meters away from shuk hacarmel and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. Shower gets hot fast.

Great location near the sea, the hosts were great. Highly recommended!

Jerry and his family made us feel completely welcome. He was responsive to any questions and requests we had and always worked to resolve questions and requests. The place itself is amazing! There are beautiful and fragrant flowers all over the space and is in walking distance (half mile) from the bus stop. Public transportation is great, once you figure it out! I heartily recommend Jerry’s Airbnb without reservation.

Wow! From the moment I walked into Daniel’s place I felt right at home…everything is as described and from the moment you reserve, Daniel makes sure that you feel completely taken care of. The area is bustling, expect street noise - think 2nd story brownstone in Greenwich Village, NYC. Comfortable bed, great A/C and shower pressure. A basic accommodation with a luxury feel. And the kind of host who understands that your vacation time is precious and is committed to your comfort. 10 stars!!

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Itai was super nice and very helpful at all times, also messaging with him was lightning fast. The apartment is very well located, super clean, spacious and everything you'd expect from the listing. Important to know is that the pool is not open at all times throughout the day, there are opening hours. Other than that we loved everything about the place and the host. This is a great Airbnb experience!

We so enjoyed staying at Rachel‘s place during this trip to Israel. We love the neighborhood and the convenience of the upscale mall a few steps away! Unfortunately the war broke out while we were here but Rachel was so understanding and accommodating when we asked if we could stay longer.Very warm host. Grateful for her hospitality.

Excellent stay . Was a shame we could not use balcony but Rudy was upfront in that regard . Only issue was noise from works to building early in the morning which especially affected sleep in second bedroom. Hopefully however work will be finished soon.

It was an absolutely fabulous place that Rina had created. From a full sized billiard table to a wonderfully sized heated swimming pool which was totally private you could relax with your family or have a romantic outing with your partner. We loved it and certainly will be back.

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!
