New apartment, very well located, convenient to get around KL. The room is brand new, beds are very comfortable. The view was very nice as well. Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Denise's flat in Tropicana Residences was amazingly convenient - right opposite the the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Suria mall, a short walk from Avenue K, and 20 mins walk (via underground tunnel) to the Pavilion shopping mall. An ideal location for those wishing to explore the city centre. Given the traffic congestion being able to visit all these places by foot was a boon. The apartment exactly matched the description: modern, clean, nicely designed, and all necessary conveniences, including a wonderful rooftop pool. The flat was spotlessly clean and our host, Denise, was always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful with advice and suggestions whenever needed. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I am in KL.

The place was nice and clean. The place is exactly like in the pictures. I have no complaints besides the location as it was tricky getting there. Nonetheless, good stay!

Everything is good,👌 just that the garage is on the second floor, so be careful with big🌻 cars. The owner is very friendly and introduced a lot of nearby food.👍

I had a great stay at Peter’s Place. What stood out to me was that Peter went out of lengths to help us get what we needed for the stay, including putting extra tables as we needed to study. The lighting of the house was also adequate for study. The house was very clean, and had nice aesthetics. We definitely had a very comfortable stay.

Great place, with tons of food options, quite place and not too far from interested places

The location is central to Montkiara area, malls, restaurants, groceries, banks are 5 minutes away. You can easily take a grab and take you 20 minutes to the city center. The apartment can fit 5 to 6 people. Most of what you need is already in the apartment. Overall, if you are looking for comfortable, affordable and conveniet apartment, I would recommend this place. Good host very helpful and on time

Location is well accessible to everywhere with pudu station 5 mins walk away and bus stop right Infront of the building. Lalaport and berjaya time square is just 10 - 15 mins walk away. Very near to ICC Pudu for morning breakfast and lots of local delicacy around the area. Recommended to book the stay here if you don't drive.

Must be one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Mr. Chong is very responsive and has been a wonderful host. The place is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is very walkable in Bukit Bintang with a very short walk to Jalan Alor and many shopping malls. I would highly recommend this listing for any visitors to beautiful KL.

William is an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful in recommending all local places to check out and provided different options based on budget. The place is absolutely amazing, fully equipped and very spacious. Check in was very easy and William is always ready to help. He was always ready to help and was very responsive at all times. We had a wonderful family gathering at Laman Jubilee DBayu. Mimi, the host, was very responsive to all our inquiries, which made the experience even more pleasant. The house was well-equipped with essential kitchen utensils-something particularly important to us as we do a lot of cooking. There were sufficient plates and glassware available as well. The property features a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. While bath towels were provided, the quantity was limited, so we recommend bringing your own. Similarly, the bathrooms were clean, but the supply of body wash was minimal-guests may want to bring their preferred toiletries. Overall, it was a fantastic staycation filled with memorable moments, and we would be happy to return in the future.

We rented this place for a summer camp and had a great experience! The venue is spacious—perfect for kids’ activities, games, and events. The swimming pool was a hit, and the grassy area was ideal for running around. Indoors, there was enough space to comfortably gather 50–60 kids for talks and group activities. The kitchen was well-equipped and made food prep easy. A few things could be improved: the pool was a bit dirty when we arrived and needed cleaning. Some bedrooms and bathrooms had minor cleanliness issues and a few insects—not a big deal since it’s a camp, not a luxury stay. Also, the water pressure dropped when many bathrooms were used at once. Overall, it’s a great spot for camps or group events. Would definitely consider booking again!

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment.
