Kasa Kwanza - Ocean View Pool Villa

Join us at Kasa Zanzibar for a unique stay on our beautiful island. We are in a quiet area 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from historical Stone Town. What we lack in white sand beaches we make up for with private swimming pool, rooftop terrace with BBQ, and ocean-front dining pavilion. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms, with king size beds; the upstairs bedroom has a separate entrance for extra privacy. The downstairs rooms have outdoor showers. Generator provides constant power.

Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Villa Forodhani is a historic, recently restored spice traders' residence at the waterfront in Stone Town, Zanzibar. Dating to around 1850, it forms part of the old sultan palace complex. The villa was carefully restored following UNESCO guidelines, preserving its original structure. It offers nearly 460m² with elegant furniture and a private plunge pool in its secret garden.
