Historic farmhouse lovingly restored.

Ideal for weddings and family gatherings, conferences and workshops. On a gigantic 350 square meter area. One of the few typical Fehmarn farmhouses, mostly preserved in their original state, of a formerly large-scale farm complex, which have shaped the rural image of the vacation island with their independent character. The house was restored in 2012/13 and 2017/18 with a lot of love for detail. As a result, a real rarity has been preserved.

Villa Luka is a part of the 'Historical Pastorat' building ensemble (consisting of Villa Luka, Villa Nikolaj and Villa Mika) Behind the listed, historic facade lies a classic, modern design. Villa Luka is spread over two floors and has about 120 square meters of living space. Three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 shower room / 1 full bathroom) can accommodate a total of seven people.
