This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The terrace is large, pleasant and sunny! Private independent cottage with private and covered parking. Top location!

Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble comportant 3 appartements et est sécurisé par une caméra de surveillance installée dans le hall d’entrée commun. Sa situation est idéale avec la gare de Herstal à 2 minutes de marche et sa proximité avec la cité ardente ! Rendez-vous dans le centre de Liège en 10-15 minutes en voiture pour y découvrir cette ville aux multiples facettes !

Large 2 bedroom apartment (100 m²) with all amenities (air conditioning) with private entrance, close to the city center and 300 m from the Geronstère train station. A large terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs and a garden are also available to guests. Swing for children. Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
