It is located in the heart of the village halfway between the dock (marina, cruise, cafe) and Mont Edouard (Spa, Ski, etc.). On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms, the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom (shower). In the basement, are the other two bedrooms and bathroom with double bath as well as washer-dryer.

Skiers will be delighted as the chalet is near the Le Mont-Édouard ski center and near the Les Sommets du Fjord ski area. Snowshoeing, hiking, skidoo trails, whale tours, fishing 🎣are among the many activities to do. The cottage has a location for a campfire, a BBQ area and bread oven, a large garage with ping pong table, etc.

This little gem is a warm and comfortable European style cottage. The property is located directly on the river bank and has private access to the rocks. You have a front row seat to observe whales, belugas, seals and all the surrounding nature! Tranquility guaranteed. Our house was entirely designed and built by our own hands (or rather my contractor spouse haha).
