Όλα ήταν άψογα! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και άνετος σε κεντρική τοποθεσία!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Ótima acomodação. 30 minutos andando da Acrópole. Mercado e restaurantes próximos, a hospedagem é como na foto e me senti em casa. Nao conte com vaga de estacionamento na rua, vc terá de procurar algo vago nas imediações mas não é difícil de encontrar um estacionamento à 3min do apto.

Great place. Bed was not the best to sleep in, other than that, it was a great place 👍

Great apartment with an even better location. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s within walking distance of everything at the Acropolis, this is the place to stay.

Fab place for the area. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and easy to get to the metro by walking or bus. Lovely home with great space outside. It felt like home after just a few hours. Communication is incredible and Emmanuel was extremely supportive of sudden change or dates due to my fertility treatment there. Kitchen full with anything you need and fresh loaf of bread, milk and fruit were left for us on arrival. Washing machine in the basin extremely handy for anyone who is staying for a longer period. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist toll eingerichtet und war mehr als gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen, auf dem Balkon frühstücken und die zwei Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren super. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben so gut wie alles zu Fuß gemacht.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

The apartment is very cosy, looks even better in real life than in photos. Kitchen is rather narrow if you're into cooking, but for us it was not a problem at all. We were absolutely happy with the location. As to cafes on the street - no noizes troubled us, since we heard only the conditioner sleeping with the windows closed.

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.

Solo estuvimos una noche , pero sin duda me alojaría nuevamente si regresara , éramos 4 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos . El departamento es muy bonito y cuenta con todo para una buena estancia . Salimos muy temprano así que no pudimos desayunar en el lugar pero Alexander nos ofreció un sabroso desayuno para llevar .
