The site is very beautiful, clean and very well located, close to the center of Itaipava. It is a charming, corner garden in a beautiful condominium! Just a detail, with respect to being pet friendly, that here I leave a suggestion. As the garden wall is low and with a living fence, doguins can easily pass through the plants. So we suggest putting a safety net or truss on the inside.

Clean, well-decorated and super well-equipped apartment! We were able to make breakfast every day with great ease. The condominium is great, super well located, close to everything, safe, charming! The host is super nice, gave us all the necessary information and was available for any questions we had during our stay. We love the weekend we spent there! My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with first quality crockery. Super recommend!

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setting. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll definitely be back!
