Spacious 2 bedroom earth contact house on 22 wooded acres. Relax at this quiet country retreat. Hike the trails or sit under the huge trees and enjoy nature. The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. In the heart of Sedalia's Southwest side, Mom's Place is nestled in a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!
