House holiday rentals in Peyia

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

We came over for 9 days in May 2025 , The host was on it from when we arrived she was very helpful and happy to help . The view from property is breathtaking, it’s private to a certain extent, there is a path next the house that explorers will appear down and at the bottom you get a lot of people wondering from the hotels along the front , even with this it’s still private . I found the property had almost everything you need to get by , I will say the property is warn in places or things were broken , for the amount of money you pay these things should be sorted. You are close enough to the “strip” For a nice meal but far enough that it’s dead quiet once it goes dark . We throughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to any family visiting the island ( rent a car though)

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our time at this place. The interior is partly a bit outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms but we spend most of the time outside anyways. Great view and the pool was good fun especially for the kids. There was a construction side visible from the pool area, so there's also some noise. But nothing the landlord can do about it

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Ich bin rundum zufrieden ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Die Unterkunft war groß, sauber und gut gelegen. Insbesondere hat mir auch die Kommunikation gefallen. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Coral Bay bietet schöne Strände, Unterhaltung aber auch Ruhe wenn man mag. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden nur wenige Lokale, aber man kann auch bis zur Coral Bay Avenue laufen oder den Bus nehmen. Für uns war das so perfekt. Auch vom Flughafen ist Coral Bay gut erreichbar.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Highly recommended! We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. We especially loved the BBQ area near the pool, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the city. The tennis court, billiards table, and gym added a nice variety to our stay. The house itself has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 — we will definitely be back! 📍Philippos supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car, the beach is also a 5-minute drive, and restaurants and cafes are within 5–10 minutes as well.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na wypoczynek, piękna okolica z wieloma drzewami owocowymi. Gospodarz odpowiada na pytania bardzo szybko i służy pomocą.

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! Thank you for a really wonderful time!

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Lekker zwembad in de tuin en overal in de tuin leuke zitjes. Binnen was ruim en met 3 koppels was iedereen eigen slaapkamer en badkamer ideaal! Een aanrader om heen te gaan.

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 9 Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Chez Max Villa, die unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertraf. Unschlagbarer Blick aufs Meer, sauber und ordentlich mit einem geräumigen Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die 5 Schlafzimmer (3x 2 Einzelbetten, 2x Doppelbetten) verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer! 3 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG, jeweils eins im EG und UG. Es gibt einen großen Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essbereich mit Grill, einer Lounge und großer Terrasse am Pool. Dieser ist nicht beheizt, daher war das Wasser im April noch etwas kühl, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut erfrischen. Pegeia ist ein netter Ort mit Supermärkten und Tavernen (ca. 30 min zu Fuß). Perfekte Umgebung für Unternehmungen: Paphos, Polis, Akamas National Park, Avakas Schlucht sowie zwei der Schiffswracks <30 min mit dem Auto. Sehr hilfsbereites und kommunikatives Management-Team vor Ort, die all unsere Fragen schnell beantworteten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

fantastic place and would definitely stay again. came for a wedding but didn't fancy a hotel as we had a 2 yr old and an 82 yr old. all 3 bedrooms have ensuites and full air con. local co hosts were great, sorted us a car and a list of locally used restaurants away from the crowds and tourist prices. pool is to die for and made the holiday. no one can see into the pool area slight building work nearby we were warned about but only had one hours noise on the Friday to disturb us, rest of the time it was hardly noticeable. work is due to finish soon anyway, dont be put off. child gate a bottom of stairs and a sloping entry to the pool helped the little ones mom. kitchen fully equipped (only one tea towel though). welcome pack was ace for our first morning so thank you again. you definitely need a car but get tracey to arrange it. massive supermarket similar to Makro is 5 mins away and spend 40 euros they bring you back if you arrive by taxi but like i say get a car will be back

Very well located apartment just few minutes from coral bay. Felt like home, with all amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive, definitely will recommend this place

A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.
