We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The apartments is a great size, close to the main area in town and a short walk to the nicest beach. The bars off the main road can be loud at night but once you get in the house you don’t hear them at all. The host was very nice and responsive when we needed something - I would recommend this place.

Stylish sea view apartment

We were 8 days in the apartment and it was a dream. The apartment was super nice and clean. We were greeted with a few snacks and cold water in the fridge. The landlord was super friendly and helpful. On the day of our arrival, he came directly by and greeted us very friendly and answered all our questions. Since we were there without a car and the supermarkets are not so easy to reach on foot, he even took us shopping. Otherwise, we saw him nearly everyday and had nice conversations with him. On foot it is almost 45 minutes down to the sea, but by bus you are down within 5 minutes. You should know that the buses do not all run so often, so inform yourself about the schedules on the website pafosbuses. The pool is right in front of the door and the atmosphere is very cozy. The area is quiet and not so full of tourists. We enjoyed the time there much and would go there again at any time. Many thanks again to our super lovely landlord!

A lovely hone from home apartment. There is everything you need. Lovely Seaview over looking down to Coral Bay. Nice size balcony to have your morning coffee. When we arrived there were nice little touches like leaving us 2 soap powder pods for the washing machine and coffee and tea. The photo instructions do not make it very clear and we had to ring Estea who manage the apartment. Estea were very responsive and professional and guided us in. We also locked ourselves out, however there is a second keycode lock which we were able to access with a quick phone call to Estea. There is a nice well keeper swimming pool. If you are less mobile or cannot do stairs, then maybe this apartment is not for you as it is on the second floor. Easy access to Peyia village and Coral Bay with a regular bus service 616 which run up to Peyia and down to Coral Bay every hour. Great value for money. Just need to sort the TV out. 😊 Thanks Palmer Family

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s place. It was exactly as she describes it. Sabina is a fantastic host, responds very quickly to any questions. We could not find a single fault and will definitely stay again. Even though you are being hosted in their space you don’t feel you are imposing in any way and nothing seems like too much trouble. Thank you so much!!!
