Holiday rentals with a patio in Pezinok District

If you are looking for the perfect location to stay while in Bratislava then this is it! All though a bit small, this apartment was the perfect spot for us for a few days. The hosts were very responsive to communications with very clear instructions on how to get there and get in and I have to mention…the bed was PERFECT! But, the best part was the location which couldn’t have been better.

Veľmi pekné bývanie, všetko bolo čisté, pekne umyté, výhľad na okolie z balkóna bol top. Na posteli sa spalo veľmi výborne. Vrelo odporúčam

This is one of the most stylish apartments we've stayed in, and it's the best-equipped of all. Chrissy has an eye for detail and takes tremendous pride in offering her guests an outstanding flat and customer service. You are in the heart of Bratislava and can walk everywhere...we never needed to use public transport. The apartment is on the sixth floor of the building and has its own a patio (it looks to be the only apartment with a patio) and has a tremendous view. If you have a chance to stay here, reserve it!

The apartment was exactly as described—safe, peaceful, and very clean. Just 5 mins away from the bus stop and 10 mins away from the old town hall. Great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was wonderful. It was even better than the photos and the addition of the balcony was perfect for a summer day to see the city and feel like you are a part of it without having to leave the place. The Billa was right across the way for easy access to groceries and everything we wanted to do (minus Devin Castle, which is outside of the city) is walkable. It is right next to Old Town and the instructions and host were very helpful. Also walkable to Blue Star, a delicious restaurant that we would recommend. When we come back to Bratislava we will specifically adjust dates just to book this place again. The only thing to note is that it is 4 flights of stairs with no lift, in case that is difficult for anyone in your party. No problem for us, but might be helpful to know. Amazing place!

Appartamento accogliente e ben posizionato, ideale per un soggiorno breve a Bratislava. Pulizia e comunicazione con l’host buone. Qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile, ma nel complesso un’esperienza positiva. Ottimo la disponibilità di prodotti per il bagno messa a disposizione!

Saubere und moderne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Jede Menge Supermärkte vorhanden und Restaurants am Donauufer. Die Lage ist perfekt - die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Voor aankomst werden we gecontacteerd door Jan ivm onze aankomsttijd zodat dit snel en makkelijk kon worden afgesproken. Bij de aankomst zelf werden we heel vriendelijk verwelkomd, de host was er zelf niet maar hij belde op dat moment voor een heel warme verwelkoming. Er was ook een welkomstgeschenk: water en een fles wijn, wat erg fijn was na een lange autorit. Het huis is erg ruim en was heel erg schoon. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis. Ontbijt op het terras met zicht op de tuin en de vele vogels was de beste start van elke vakantiedag! Het huis ligt in een erg rustige wijk maar op wandelafstand van enkele grote winkels en de winkelstraat. Ook Bratislava is met de auto snel en vlot bereikbaar. Disney+ en Netflix waren ook beschikbaar, heel fijn na een lange wandeling om dan 's avonds gezellig samen naar iets te kijken. Het huis van Jan is een absolute aanrader en wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es gab sehr viele Möglichkeiten, etwas während unseres langen Wochenendes zu unternehmen (für weit entfernte Ausflüge besser mit Auto, aber auch Anschluss an Zug/Bus). Die Umgebung, die Aussicht und die Bademöglichkeiten sind phänomenal. Ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schönes, sauberes Haus, gepflegter Garten und privater Seezugang. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Evka. Danke!

I reccomend this place and house. Free parking lot. Big house, nice and tidy. Owner is quick and very helpfull. when we arrived, there was allready served everything. Just like i was there to meet and old friends....

Het was een heel fijn verblijf om te doen met je vrienden. De jacuzzi was echt een meerwaarde om er bij te pakken. De leukste gesprekken met je vrienden komen naar boven! In de buurt heb je ook een leuk pizzeria met vriendelijk personeel en je kan ook gaan wandelen in de natuur richting een mooi kasteel. Dus als je een sportieve, leuke, natuur wandeling wilt doen is dit ideaal! Heel leuke tijd hier beleeft! Zeker een aanrader!

Нам сподобалось у будинку! Все чисто, є всі необхідні речі, посуд, техніка. На дворі є затишний будинок на дереві, горка та батут. Для дитини то був рай. Для дорослих - гриль та крита альтанка. Ми чудово провели кілька днів у цьому будинку. Єдиний мінус - поруч залізна дорога та постійно пікаючий шлагбаум! Та досить великий потік автомобілів повз будинок!

Мы проживали в этой квартире месяц с маленьким ребенком. Расположение квартиры очень удачное, близость прекрасного ТРЦ Аупарк, прекрасная транспортная развязка. Близко несколько супермаркетов. Квартира прекрасно оборудована техникой, есть все необходимое. Хозяева прекрасные люди, общаться с ними было очень приятно. Обязательно вернемся в эту тихую, уютную квартиру.

Nice and comfortable place

Skvelé ubytovanie, príjemne zariadené, cítili sme sa ako doma. Oceňujem vybavenie kúpeľne a čistotu v celom apartmáne. Veľké plus naozaj promptná komunikácia. Parkovanie je hneď pri dome pre viacero áut. Určite odporúčam.

We have stayed here before so we know the apartment and it gives us exactly what we need. It is comfortable for short and long periods.

The apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for a long stay. It is in a good neighborhood next to grocery stores and not to far from the city center. Beata was super caring and made sure the stay was nice and everything went well.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny weekend w Bratysławie . Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu czuliśmy się komfortowo . Nie spodziewaliśmy takiej przestrzeni ! Dodatkowo przyjemny taras . Okolica spokojna. Dzięki tramwajom i autobusom , które są obok można wszędzie dojechać . Na pewno wrócimy ! Pozdrawiamy
