Come and relax with us! The apartment is located at the southern foot of the Little Carpathians, just a few minutes from local vineyards and sprawling forests with lots of undisturbed hiking trails. We are happy to provide you with a wine tasting at one of the local winemakers or a commented walk through the vineyards, during which you can enjoy a glass of wine with a beautiful view. The apartment is located in Modra-Kráľová area. The center of Modra is about 2.5 km away. There are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Je ideálnym miestom pre rodiny s deťmi a všetkých, ktorí hľadajú pokoj, krásnu prírodu a množstvo aktivít pre celú rodinu. Okolie ponúka možnosti pre aktívny oddych aj relaxáciu, turistiku či cyklistiku. Na skok od chaty nájdete lyžiarsky svah, aj detské ihrisko, ktoré poteší najmenších hostí. V blízkosti je aj Hotel Zochova chata, ktorý ponúka špičkový wellness.

Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Beautiful 2-room house (terrace) newly built in 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10 m2 with a garden of 40 m2. There is a beautiful rattan garden seating on the terrace. Very good accessibility to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway within approx. 5 min. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.

Zažite noci v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka Vinica vznikla s cieľom potešiť všetkých milovníkov prírody a vinohradníctva s možnosťou prežiť krásne chvíle priamo v srdci vinohradov. - Maringotka je kompletne off-grid. To znamená, že nie je napojaná na elektrické ani vodovodné siete. Elektrinu si vyrábame pomocou solárnych panelov a vodu dovážame do nádrže.
