In-Law Suite in the Beating Heart of Fishtown

Sit back on the Montauk sofa to watch Netflix and HBO Go on the Smart TV. There's also a Sonos sound system for crystal-clear audio. In the bedroom, an Ecobee thermostat and bed with Casper mattress and down pillows ensure comfort at all times. We just finished fully renovating our 100 year old row home and created a beautiful in-law/guest suite on the ground floor that is perfect for a quick weekend trip to the city, or a month long stay. The house is located a couple of blocks from various critically acclaimed restaurants, bars and shops in the heart of Fishtown. Master suite has a Casper® mattress and down pillows. There is also plenty of space for you to unpack. The living room has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, electronic water heater, French press and Tea pot. (Please note, there is no stove top) The Smart TV comes with access to Netflix and HBO go + Apple TV® The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Upon request a high chair and pack and play are available as well as toys for kids. For full disclosure we live above the unit with two kids (2 and 6). From time to time you will hear light steps. The in-law suite has a separate entrance and can be completely closed off from the rest of the house. We are available via text or chat throughout your stay and will great you upon arrival. The house is 3 blocks away from one of Fishtown's most happening streets, full of hip restaurants, fashion boutiques, and trendy bars, plus the train to downtown. Recommendations include the flagship La Colombe, Cheu Noodle, Suraya and Weckerly's. The Girard stop on the El is a 5 min. walk from the house. That train will get you downtown in 5-10 mins. Uber/Lyft are also readily available in our neighborhood and we use them all the time. If it's a pretty day and you enjoy a walk, we are a little less than 2 miles from Old City. You can either walk along the Deleware River or through the heart of Northern Liberties. If you come with a car, street parking is available.

Private, 1st-floor unit inside a reconstructed, modern row home. Located just north of Chinatown in a formerly industrial neighborhood that is transforming and reinventing itself. Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). Free Coffee or tea, small fridge, books, games and free wifi. I'm near Penn's campus, CHOP (Children's Hospital) and University of Pennsylvania Hospital (HUP). I'm also Shabbat friendly.

Right in the heart of the Main Line suburbs, this second floor unit is perfect for families, visiting nearby colleges, and only a short drive from downtown Philadelphia. We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.
