Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

We rented this house for our family and the bridal party for our daughter's wedding. Fit us so well! It exceeded our expectations. Carol and her husband Steve were really great when a storm rolled through and took out the power for 24 hours. They were in communication with us and set up a small generator so we could still use a few things. We would absolutely rent with them again.

Perfect location if you’re looking for a lot of walking activities! 1/2 mile from the Liberty Bell and you’re literally across the street from Jim’s cheesesteaks (the absolute best and worth the wait!) Also very active on the weekend nights (but we had sleeping toddlers and didn’t hear too much of the night life). Parking tip: follow the check in instructions and pay every 2 hours on the app. Philly police doesn’t waste a second with tickets (an unfortunate victim right at 9:02 😂). Overall a great place to stay if you’re with friends or a family with children.

We had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and Evelyn was a prompt communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. From the beginning to the end we were very pleased with the accommodations that we received. Traveling with a large family isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially when you need to check in earlier than expected. We reached out to the host and for a minimal fee we received an early check in. James is literally one of the best hosts we’ve experienced in a while. The home is conveniently located in walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, and bistros. The next time we’re in Philly we look forward to staying there again.

Instructions and check-in were effortless, great location, plenty of restaurants and grocery near. The apartment, quite honestly exceeded my expectations...did not disappoint...If available next visit definitely a "go to" for me.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, very helpful. The Welcome Folder contained all the needed information. The public areas are inviting, with modern furnishings and plenty of room to work and/or relax, and use the gym, pool or theater. The other guests and residents were very friendly, we felt welcome there. The apartment matched the photos and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the bath and the pool and upscale toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

The Airbnb was beautiful, exactly as described and my stay was peaceful. The outdoor lounge in the middle is a great spot to hang outside. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb overall!!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This 1-room condo in Elkins Park exceeded all my expectations. The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway or a quick visit to the area. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close to local attractions, dining, and transportation. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Elkins Park. I’ll definitely be returning!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

We had a great stay at Noemi’s place. Check-in was easy and she was responsive any time we reached out. Would stay here again in the future!

We stayed at Rachel’s place for 2 nights and found it very comfortable and clean. We did not cook but we noticed that the kitchen had everything you would need if you were to cook. We would be happy to stay there again.

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

We've stayed at the Queen's Star several times and it's perfect each time! Ian and Beth are wonderful hosts - always responsive and helpful. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The Queen's Star is immaculate every time we stay and always comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the cute outdoor table and chairs in front of the house on sunny afternoons and met many friendly neighbors this way! The location is wonderful - quiet, yet near many cafes and restaurants. We can't wait for our next stay at this Queen Village gem.

We stayed here in Philly and was really impressed with how easy check-in was and the cleanliness of this home. It looks exactly like the pictures with beautiful decor and pool table for a nice entertainment touch. Spotless!Host was responsive and gave clear instructions prior to arrival and checkout. Be aware though that it is a steep walkup (stairs) and not much that is walkable around. Markets were about a 10min drive away so the location mainly provided a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay again for weekend stays to visit family and friends again.

Great long weekend in Mt. Airy! The house was equipped with everything you needed and more! We loved the fact that each entrance and exit of stairs there was a gate.. great for dogs! 🐶 Very nice area to walk with nice parks and a library nearby. A 25ish minute drive into the city which was not bad at all. Would recommend this Airbnb to others looking in this area!

Host was responsive and friendly. Place fit the description, amenities were great, easy access to downtown. Do double check parking signs and when in doubt park in the garage at the Lincoln Square.

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb. The location is perfect — close to tons of historic sites, with plenty of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Even with all that nearby, the place was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely — very clean, with updated furnishings and calming colors that made it feel really relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were top-notch — definitely better than your average rental. The furniture was cozy and made it easy to feel at home right away. One of our favorite features was the rooftop patio. The views were beautiful, especially in the evening. It was such a nice spot to have a glass of wine and unwind after a day of exploring. Asif, our host, was fantastic. He communicated clearly and quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!
