Apartment holiday rentals in Phillip

Amy was very accommodating for our holiday stay. The location and size of the unit was excellent for our purpose. the apartment is an excellent size for our purposes and well fitted out, with 2 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in and checkout was smooth and had very good clear instructions. We will look at returning when in Canberra again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marilyn’s Garden Apartment. It is a lovely place where we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Marilyn was so welcoming and we were fortunate to share some morning cuppas together in the beautiful garden courtyard. She was very knowledgeable of the Canberra region and the many cultural activities. Highly recommend and we hope to return for a future stay.

Brandon was an excellent host providing clear instructions from the get go with proactive communication. The place upon entry felt clean and smelt clean and was well looked after. Coffee and milk amenities were available which was perfect for the early mornings however if you need a Woolworths and restaurants they were right downstairs making the location very desirable. Many thanks again! We will be returning on our next visit.

This accomodation was so beautiful and thoughtfully furnished and styled. The kitchen had everything that I needed and more! The location was perfect as most places were in walking distance. The host was so responsive and lovely. They had wireless chargers where I didn’t even need to unpack my own, and I agree with other reviews that photos don’t do it justice! In addition, it was pet friendly and so my partner, little frenchie and I had an amazing time! 🫶🏼🥰 would definitely return again and recommend to others.

I felt very much at home in the apartment. It was very well appointed and comfortable. There is a beautiful view over Black Mountain. Everything was perfect and I would very much welcome the opportunity to stay there again at some point.

Millie and Massimo's apartment was in a prime location for our family trip to celebrate our son's birthday at Manuka Oval for the footy and they were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was easy to access, spotless, and had great amenities, space and streaming options. Icing on the cake was the array of dining options at our doorstep which meant we didn't need to cook (Public House, Antica Ricetta worth a visit, although all dining options looked appealing and busy)! To top it off, there is easy access to a games room where pool and ping pong kept the kids entertained every day! Coles is a stone's throw away and the icecream shop across the road was a hit with the little one. While the weather wasn't the best, we still managed a comfortable walk (we also have a 5yo) to Kingston Foreshore for brekky one day, and on the way home played in Talopea Park where there is a cute playground. We highly recommend Mille and Massimo's place!

Great, as advertised

Highly recommend this property. The location of this unit is excellent if you wish to have a quiet spot that is convenient to the Canberra Centre, just a 15 minute walk to the tram or a 5 minute walk to the express bus to Woden. So fantastic location if you do not have a car or don't wish to drive. Close to the many restaurants that civic area and Braddon has to offer. The unit has everything required for a pleasant short or long term stay. With additional items like herbs & spice, tomato sauce and cooking oil etc. Plenty of necessary consumables like soaps, laundry powder, disinfectant. Coles and Aldi are a 5 minute walk so convenient for dinner items/meals. Entertainment wise don't forget your password details to login to your favourite streaming apps, if the weather is bad and you want to remain in. We would definitely return when staying in civic area, if available.

Josh and Kate were great hosts - responsive and helpful, from pre-booking right through. The flat is upstairs and quiet and peaceful and well designed for small space comfort. Well appointed too and instructions very clear. (Stairs worth considering carefully with pets… though our small dog was happy to go up the stairs we had to carry her down.) We walked comfortably to friends in Ainslie (20 mins) and Dickson Shops is very local. I’d definitely stay again.

This is a comfortable modern apartment in a very good position. We enjoyed our 4 week stay but slightly marred by some road , mainly from vehicles looking for parking spaces.

This apartment in Kingston is well-situated and convenient. So worth the rate we paid as so much bigger and better than a hotel room. The place was clean and well-appointed. We loved being able to walk around the lake then come back for a beer at one of the many bars. Would stay here again.

Trev’s place is beautiful and really well located. You can tell some thought has been placed into a comfortable couch, top notch appliances and amenities. We’d definitely stay again! Only bummer was we thought the pool would be heated (and thought it would be a great activity for our young kids over the winter weekend) but sadly it had just been turned off.

Looks like a new place, perfect for a couple or a small family. Pros: Place is easy to clean as it looks new. Instructions from the host were very clear. I appreciate the hosts responsiveness and clarity with the details provided. Car park also available at the basement which was an added advantage. A few minor issues: It's an apartment, so neighbours can be noisy sometimes and you might get a scent of what your neighbour is cooking ;) Might be worth checking before hand for an extra child bed if you are travelling with a kid. However, I would happily recommend this place and if I visit again will stay here again. Thanks.

Excellent accommodation. Perfect location for attending GIO Stadium. Walking distance. There’s lots of food options nearby. The unit is well set up, clean with excellent facilities. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again when attending events at the stadium.

A great unit in a quiet and beautiful location. It was beautiful and clean, and Charles was second to none for great communication.

We stayed at Ruth’s Airbnb for 5 nights. It was the perfect stay for us as we were ‘working from home’ 2 days and with the workstation properly set up in the apartment, it really helps us to work efficiently. The apartment is well equipped with all the high technology features and essentials that you can think of. The location is superb as it is just right opposite of Canberra Centre shopping mall and steps away from best coffee in town called ‘Bedst’. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone who’s visiting Canberra to stay here.

We totally enjoyed our overnight stay at Jessica’s place. It is very accessible to other places of interest, grocery is just on the ground floor of the building so if you need somwthing its so easy to get it. The place is clean and tidy. Everything you will need is available in the kitchen and linens. There are 2 heaters and an extra portable heater that kept us cosy on Canberra’s very cold temperature. Thank you!

A Fantastic Stay in Belconnen! I had a wonderful stay at 1 Grazier Lane in Belconnen! The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully furnished — everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches like quality linens and fast Wi-Fi. The location is also perfect — right in the heart of Belconnen, close to Westfield, heated pool, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful Lake Ginninderra. The host Jess was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and convenient stay in the area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Pretty clean and easy to check in!

We had a great time at Di’s place. Great location, with an easy walk to excellent restaurants, shops and cinema. The apartment has a spectacular view and great amenities. Di was also a great host, when there was a problem with the wifi she went out of her way to get it resolved despite it being the middle of the Easter weekend, and gave us a gift voucher at a local restaurant to make up for the hassle. We could not have been more impressed. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect apartment for our week long trip. I’d say it’s one of the most central spots in Canberra. The apartment has incredible views, it’s spacious and we felt right at home here.
