Beachfront holiday rental in Phocis

Konstantina was very kind in researching the possible bus connections for the next morning and was a delight to communicate with :) I was very happy with my short stay here.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Ελενη was extremely responsive, kind, and welcoming. Any issues we had were dealt with within minutes. The space was wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. It was only after arriving that we realized just how perfect the location was as well. Would recommend to anyone, including first time visitors to nafpaktos as we were.

What wonderful you welcomed us personally what is always way better than ‘here is the code for the keylocker, and good luck’ what we experienced elsewhere unfortunately. After a long ride you left us some refreshments and cake in the fridge, that shows you’re a great host. The apartment is cosy, beautiful and clean, the kitchen full of useful equipment and makes you feel at home immediately. Parking is available in front of the house. The king size bed was great and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with airconditioning to help us through the warm nights in Greece. Many thanks for allowing us to stay with you. On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

The house is absolutely amazing. We had a very good time in this little cozy house near the sea. The location is better in reality than in photos. We wanted a place were we can spend our holiday in silence, this was the perfect place. Thank You for everything!

Totally loved Nikos place… one of our faves on many Greek road trips. Being a stand alone rooftop mini house was great. Very clean & stylish in a fuss free groovy way like the considered placement of fab built in furniture. Good lighting especially the ceiling recess. Gorgeous picture window & terrace with great view & surrounds. The groovy little kitchen had all one would need for a longer stay than our two nights though we only enjoyed morning coffee and koulouri (from coffee place very quick walk away) on the terrace as so many great food options in Nafpaktos we ate out for all meals. Mexican Bulldog was a fun change from the usual yummy food in Greece. The bed and pillows were comfy and felt fresh plus loved the huge bathroom basin, great taps and even a small bath. The tap water was wonderfully pure for drinking and showering. Nikos being a great guy made the stay even more enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed a week or more.

Beautiful location, a real piece of heaven in a tranquil location. Host was amazing. Will definitely be back.

A fantastic vacation home surrounded by a charming garden, great pool with many places to linger. Terrace in the shade and with sea view as an option complete the outdoor offer. House is clean, fly screens everywhere, beds new and very comfortable, Greek furnishings, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped, but of course this is always a personal feeling. All around, highly recommended for those looking for a pool with tranquility and sea access in one!

Very beautiful house with impressive views and large outdoor space for swimming in the pool, barbecue and seating areas! The house inside was clean with beautiful decorations and pleasant atmosphere. Entering the pool you feel that the water of the sea has become one with the water of the pool and it is enchanting. Very nice experience for no matter how many people you choose is ideal. The communication with the owner was clear and direct. I can't wait to be back in this beautiful cottage!

Such an amazing home for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The yard was amazing and felt like we were able to get a nice break from the Greek heat out there in the shade during the day. The host was so amazing, responsive, and friendly. We ran into her at the beach and her husband patiently taught my kids how to skip rocks. Definitely recommend this home and kind hearted, lovely host!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Villa Calypso was great, exactly as per the photos. It is located in a very peaceful spot with lovely views from all the windows, 5 min walk to the sea side. Inside, it was really clean, spacious, kids friendly and very tastefully decorated. There was everything we needed, whether we were sitting inside or chilling in the garden. Nora is an amazing host, really caring about her guests. You can feel she really wanted us to enjoy her villa and the surroundings. She responded to all our needs very promptly. My family had a great time in Nafpaktos and would highly recommend the villa and the lovely Nora, who comes with it! :-) Thank you Nora!

Extremely beautiful space, very thoughtful and spotless. Its location is just about a ten minute walk from the center. They were very explanatory with all the information for our arrival and responded right away! I highly recommend it and if I find myself in Nafpaktos again I will definitely prefer this accommodation. Thankyou!

We had a great experience with the house. Super comfortable, beachfront, with the most beautiful sunrises!!! It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

We loved staying here! We were two couples and each had our own space. The apartment is modern and we felt like we were living in luxury. The hosts are very responsive and want to make sure that their guests have the best time. They couldn't have been more accomodating. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. In addition, it was in a fantastic spot, close to restaurants and shops.
