Tin’s place is a great place to stay at for short or long term. Tin has been such a great host and very responsive since before I started booking with him. He was very quick on taking actions that needed to be done and his assistant was very sweet and helpful. I would totally recommend staying at this place it’s exactly like in the photos it’s beautiful and feels like home. I was on the second floor penthouse and there was a small kitchen outside and a dining table great to have a small takeout dinner with friends and family. At night the balcony was beautifully lit. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Phu Quoc. Thank you Tin for being such an amazing host !

I had an amazing stay at The Sky in Sun City, Phu Quoc! The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and city. Watching the sunset from the master bed was one of the highlights. The location is very convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and just a short ride to the beach. The area feels fresh and vibrant, perfect for both relaxing and exploring. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfy bed. If you're looking for a clean, stylish place to stay in Phu Quoc with great views and a central location, I highly recommend The Sky at Sun City. I’d definitely return!

Everything is fine inside the house! The address needs to be clearly stated on the plate of the specific building, otherwise the airport driver can easily drop me off at the door of another building. The sudden water and power outage caused me to wait for half a day for the water and electricity to come. If you need to replenish any items, they cannot be delivered in time. The house is very warm and everything will be fine if you treat it as your own home.

Selten hat mich eine Unterkunft so positiv überrascht! Ich dachte ich schlafe in einem „normalen“ Airbnb. Turns out: ich habe in einem wunderschönen Hotel gelebt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Gym, Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür und ein toller Rollerverleih! Die Lage top, der Preis unschlagbar und der Gastgeber immer direkt zu erreichen. Ich empfehle jedem dort hin zu gehen!!

very impressive experience. Host is nice and helpful. We arrived very late yet she waited us til our arrival. Apartment is quite good as well. Everything is tidy and neat. We had an amazing view from the room. A gym room and swimming pool are also included.

Apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view, host organised a lot of activities and also airport transfers. Communication was smooth and easy. This is hands down the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had! I’m usually unlucky when it comes to Airbnb bookings, but Brian completely exceeded my expectations. From the start, he was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful. You can really tell he puts so much care into making sure guests have an amazing experience. Everything is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The view is great. The amenities are good. The location is perfect. We faced little issues with the cleaning service but still I go 5/5. Thanh arranged one way dropping for free.

I stayed here for two days to explore this part of the island and take a ride on the cable car, as I’m staying in the northwestern part of the island. The room had a stunning sea view and was equipped with everything necessary, including a small kitchen, which is convenient if you plan to stay longer. The photos are similar, but this was not the exact same room. It was in a different hotel, but that didn’t make much of a difference, except that there was no washing machine as shown in the pictures. However, the hotels are close to each other, and the view from the window was just as breathtaking. At night, you can watch fireworks from the balcony. I was satisfied with my choice of room for these two days.

The place was nice, clean and quiet but the location itself, in the south part of the island, is still very new so not much happening during the day but if you head toward the coastal town nearby by walking or take a taxis to the north side, it’s lovely. Our host, Long, was very responsive and communication was amazing.

Чудове місце і любʼязний господар! Господар дуже уважний, швидко відповідає, завжди готовий допомогти. Помешкання має неймовірний вид на море та все містечко. Квартира чиста, має кухоньку, просторий душ та просторий балкон, ліжко дуже зручне та мʼяке, постіль змінюють щотижня. Квартира-студія, але за свою ціну воно того варте. Новий ремонт і дуже світла кімната. Дуже раджу район Sunset Village, район досить автономний та має зручні сполучення безкоштовним автобусом з пляжем/аптекою/ринком. Далеко від центрального міста, але навідміну від нього - тут чиста охайна територія, менший трафік і чисте морське повітря! Наступного разу з радістю зупинюся у цього ж господаря) З мінусів: - на балконі чутно і видно сусідів - щовечора пускають гучні феєрверки на пляжі, тож до 10 вечора ви не зможете заснути

my stay at LyLy place was amazing! its like i died and went to heaven! this is the most beautiful place i have ever seen. pristine beaches with great restaurants right on yhe beach. everything i needed is right down stairs- in the building. convenience stores restaurants grocery all easy walking distance. couldn't ask for better place and i have been everywhere! host was perfect-response time very quick- communication excellent- can't go wrong with this place!

Deserves rating above 5! The property is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it's near the beach and kiss of the sea theater, the bed is very comfy it's like sleeping on the clouds, the host Ms Trinh was very kind and quick to respond and attend to our inquiries, she even suggested activities and restaurants to try! I will definitely re-book this property if I visited the city. Thank you Trinh!

Căn hộ nằm trong toà nhà lớn và có thể sử dụng bể bơi vô cực, gym và kids club miễn phí. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tôi mọi thứ. Chủ nhà chỉ cho tôi những địa điểm ăn uống và tham quan thực sự rất hữu ích. Nếu được quay lại Phú Quốc, chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại nơi này

해변까지 왔다갔다 하는 버기카 서비스가 있어서 너무 편리했고요, 요청하면 친절하게 안내 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 그리고 숙소 근처에 귀여운 아기고양이들이 살아서 더 좋아요

Новое приятное жильё, хорошо расположено. Есть все удобства. Не очень обжито после ремонта - на некоторых поверхностях всё ещё лежит штукатурка, но это мелочи :) Есть выход на крышу, с которой каждый вечер прекрасно виден салют - это очень классно! Соседей мало, так что вокруг тихо и спокойно. Это ни в коем случае не проблема жилья, но район Сансет Таун пока пустоват. Тут неохотно покупают жильё, так что множество домов стоят пустые. Из-за этого во время прогулок не покидает ощущение, что район - как декорация. Хотя кому-то будет только в плюс. С доступом к пляжу, разве что, были какие-то сложности: он почти всегда был закрыт. Мы не стали разбираться, по какой логике к нему открывают доступ, но видели там людей всего раз :) Если пустынный район вас не отталкивает, жильё точно можно рекомендовать, как на котороткий, так и на длительный срок.
