Holiday rentals with a pool in Phước Mỹ

6명에서 리조트 안가고 에어비앤비 갔는데, 방도 많고 침대도 넓고 침구류에서 좋은냄새도 나고 넘 좋았어요 ! 무엇보다 에어컨도 방마다 설치되어 있고 호스트님이 짱짱 친절하시고 응답이 빠르세요. 수영장도 넓어서 좋고 냉장고, 식기류 다 있었습니다^_^ 쉬러가기 좋았어요 :-)

Good for a family stay! Has 5 rooms and a large living room!

한국어로 소통이 가능해서 너무 좋았고 빠른 응대에 흐한번더 감동했습니다. 체크인시간보다 일찍도착했는데 짐 맡아주셔서 근처에서 편하게 식사를 할수 있었습니다. 수영장은 아이들과 놀기 적당한 크기이며 세탁기 건조기가 구비되어있어 옷을 세탁해서 있을수 있고 살짝 떨어진곳에 로컬 식당 카페들이 많이 있어요 걸어서 5분도 안걸리는거리 안쪽 골목이라 시끄럽지 않고 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 다낭에 방문한다면 이 빌라에서 다시 지내고 싶습니다. 밤에 산책삼아서 미케 비치까지 갈만했습니다. 우리 가족의 즐거운 다낭 여행을 당신의 빌라와 함께할수 있어서 너무 행복했습니다.

Мы отдыхали с друзьями. Вилла была просторной и чистой. Бассейн был прохладный, его чистили несколько раз за время нашего пребывания. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы. Мусор вывозили каждый день. Рядом с домом есть отличная кофейня, где можно выпить кофе, а также вокруг много магазинов с продуктами. Расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться в любую точку города. Когда мы приехали хозяин подготовил нам холодную воду и фрукты, что было очень приятно. Нам очень понравилось проживание на вилле у этого хозяина.

ที่พักสวย และ สะอาดมาก ตรงตามในภาพ มีทุกอย่างครบครัน ตั้งแต่ในครัว ห้องซักผ้า ห้องน้ำ เราไปกันเป็นครอบครัว 8 คน ทุกคนมีความสุขและชอบสถานที่นี้มาก ระเบียงชั้นบนมีวิวที่สวยงาม เหมาะกับการนั่งคุยสนุกสนานกันในตอนเย็น โลเคชั่นของบ้านก็ดีมาก สามารถเดินไป han river และ สำคัญที่สุด host ที่นี่คือ ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมา เธอสุภาพ และ ให้คำแนะนำที่ดี

Nguyen is truly a super host. There was typhoon wutip in Vietnam when we visited her place and many places in Danang had flooded including her own home but she was at the AirBnB with her husband cleaning water for us. They both are true gem of hosts and their villa is just awesomely beautiful. We would love to visit her places once more when there is not so much rain to enjoy Danang and their hospitality once again surely.

superb host who was very responsive. friendly, kind and we had a lovely stay. the location is great and we loved the jacuzzi and the washer and dryer. will definitely recommend and will come back here again if in Da Nang!

great place if you go with big family. great locations and many restaurants within 5 mins walk and near to the beach

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

What I love about this place that it feel living at home. I love the open space and the view was very memorable.. Tran is a fantastic host and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Her tip and advice is top notch! You don't need to book anywhere else as this place is the full package.

Zung Zung a été une hôte exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée, elle a largement dépassé nos attentes en mettant à disposition baignoire, chaise haute et jouets pour notre bébé — un vrai plus pour les familles ! L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et agréable à vivre, avec des boulangeries et des jeux pour enfants juste en bas de l’immeuble. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, et les promenades le long de la rivière, à deux pas, sont particulièrement agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The location is amazing, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place is super spacious, from the living room to the bedroom and even the bathroom. They had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Our absolute favorite was the bed, it was so soft and comfy. The balcony view was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the complimentary airport pick-up was such a nice touch. We requested a late check-out at 12:30 PM and they kindly accommodated it, which we really appreciated. The team was very friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth, we didn’t run into any issues at all. The gym and pool were both beautiful and free to use. Such a BONUS! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too, especially since we brought a lot of clothes. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to Da Nang!

Một chỗ nghỉ rộng rãi – đầy đủ tiện nghi như ở nhà – rất đáng để quay lại Tôi ở đây vài đêm cùng bạn bè và thực sự rất hài lòng. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có đủ tiện nghi cần thiết như ở nhà. Giường ngủ êm, điều hòa hoạt động tốt – điều đó cực kỳ quan trọng trong những ngày nắng nóng. Không gian chung thoải mái, cảm giác dễ chịu và thư giãn, không bị chật chội hay bí bách như nhiều chỗ khác trong tầm giá. Vị trí cũng khá thuận tiện, dễ di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan hoặc ăn uống, nhưng lại nằm trong khu yên tĩnh nên ngủ rất ngon. Với mức giá như vậy, tôi nghĩ chất lượng ở đây vượt mong đợi. Không sang trọng kiểu resort, nhưng thật sự sạch sẽ, đủ tiện nghi và được chăm chút kỹ lưỡng.

Kathy is an amazing host. The apartment has a very nice view and is spotless. The beach and the pools are also very beautiful. I would definitely recommend to stay.
