The hosts are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve met. They made sure I had something to eat upon arrival and took care of every little detail to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Only stay there for few nights but I have kinda good experience. Really strict on security, you can’t go in or out the building without the tap key. Which sometimes inconvenience but at least make you feel safe around. Really clean room, support AC, TV, interior of the house is free to use, which make us feel we stay in ours own house. Quiet neighborhood, no distract.

Loved our stay at Marky’s place! The location is perfect, market right outside and plentiful of food choices, airport is about 10 minutes away and district 1 is also close by. Marky was easy to communicate and helpful, Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again!

If you want a place that close to downtown and everything fun things in HCMC, this is the place. It was close to every locations that I wanted to visit. The host was really friendly and always quick to help with anything I needed. Also, the cleaning service was on point, everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfy and convenient spot!

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is cleaner, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, and it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!
