The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

This was possibly the best Airbnb experience I've had in Vietnam. Raymond's proactive communication and flexibility over check-in made my arrival and recovery from the flight much easier than usual. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient for the metro and restaurants. The river outlook is lovely and peaceful. All in all I can highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Raymond.

Khoi communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious, with lots of storage space, which can be rare in Vietnam. Overall a great stay.

The place is nice and is very accessible. We love the washing machine and dryer. Bed is comfortable. Host is easy to communicate with. Worth the money.

Michel is an exceptional host with his responsiveness, help, hospitality and laundry services on the 5th floor. Free The hotel is equipped with an elevator, which is really great when you have large luggage. The place is quiet and close to all amenities and the hyper center is very quick to access with a very economical taxi in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Michel's hotel.

Kevin's place was neat and affordable. Its location is walkable to a lot of places. Kevin is also helpful and responsive throughout my stay!

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

If you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful night view and a safe and clean place to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I highly recommend this place. There aren't many buildings yet, but you can walk to places you want, such as coffee, breakfast, and bars that are available from 7 o'clock, and you can reach all famous places and restaurants in 10-15 minutes by Grab. In addition, most of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well, and there are many people jogging in the morning, and the compartment is well organized, so it's good to take a walk ~ Washing machine, styler, induction, everything was perfect, the residence itself had a good community, and ordering food was easy and fast ~ Most importantly, I was in a hurry to communicate with the host, and I was in a hurry to communicate early in the morning, and even though it was a day off, I was so grateful for the quick response and handling. I have a little greed that only I want to know because this place is really precious and more than I can imagine, but if you are planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I write a review with the hope that you will visit this place. I'll be back here again!
