방문한 에어비앤비 숙소들 중에 제일 좋았어요 👍 호스트가 비슷한 방들을 많이 가지고 있어서, 사진과는 아주 조금씩 다를 수는 있지만, 전체적으로는 거의 같은 컨디션이에요. 해당 숙소는 20층이라 정말 조용해서 좋았고 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요~ 그리고 화장실은 사진과 다르게 불투명 시트지로 되어있어서 안심했어요 😌 그리고 다른 곳들과 다르게 작은 수건 4, 큰 수건 4 이렇게 기본 제공되고, 호스트에게 말하면 하루에 한 번씩 수건 교체, 방 청소 해주세요. (수건 갯수, 청소 시간 정확하게 말씀드려야 서로서로 편해요 ☺️) - 원래는 에어비앤비로 다른 숙소를 예약했었는데, 거기가 일주일 전에 갑자기 해당 숙소가 에어비앤비 금지 숙소가 되었다며 예상치도 못하게 다른 곳으로 변경한다는걸 거절하고(사기같다는 생각이 들었거든요) 이 숙소로 부랴부랴 다시 예약하게 되었던건데, 오히려 너무 다행이라는 생각이 들었어요.. 😭 원래는 같은 지역에 가도 다른 에어비앤비를 경험해보고 싶어하는 타입인데, 몇번이고 여기로 올 것 같아요!! 진짜 후회 없으실겁니다,,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

beautiful apartment! Very convenient, close to district 1 yet in a quiet area. The host is very responsive, and patient with all my questions. :) beautiful pool! Thank you for sharing the apt, my family had a wonderful time ^^

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

가장 좋았던 점은 숙소 컨디션이 사진과 거의 일치 했다는 점이였습니다. 81타워라서 주변 깨끗하고 아침 저녘 산책하기 좋은 공원이 바로 옆에있고 쇼핑몰이 같은 건물에 있어서 편의성 또한 좋았습니다. 이용시 아쉬웠던 점은 수건리필이 제대로 안되어서 따로 요청후에 호스트께서 처리를 해주었던 점 도어락이 1차 시도에는 항상 오류가 나서 문여는데 시간이 걸렸던 점 이두가지 빼고는 100점짜리 숙소였어요. 깔끔한 숙소에서 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 호치민 다음번 방문에는 무조건 여기로 할듯

Amazing location, awesome host. what else can you ask for. everything you need as a tourist is near by and Lan does a great job in helping out. This was my first visit to Vietnam and on my second visit, the only place I will book is Lan's. it's a no brainer.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

I had such a great time staying at Evie’s House. The place is exactly like the photos—super clean and cozy, it really felt like a little home away from home. After busy days out and about, I loved chilling on the balcony or hanging out in the cute dining area. The location couldn’t be better! There’s a 24/7 7-Eleven very close to the alley entrance, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. Plus, being smack dab in the middle of everything meant I could explore multiple districts without any stress. Evie, our host, was amazing—so friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond by sharing great local info, tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more special. Over the nine days, I felt like I wasn’t just talking to a helpful host, but reconnecting with a local friend. I’m definitely coming back here next time I visit Ho Chi Minh! See you very soon, Evie!

This place is awesome. Central, 500-700m to the nearest halal outlet, which is in front of the mosque.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

I had an amazing one-month stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and equipped with high-quality kitchen tools, which made cooking a pleasure. Điền was an outstanding host, always quick and clear in communication. The surrounding area is perfect for peaceful, relaxed living. Highly recommended!

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.
