We love our stay at the villa! Stand in the sand and very complete accommodation

The host was always available, home well located, comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness in all rooms. The gated condominium with various activities for children and adults. We will definitely return.

The location matches the photos, but the condominium is unfinished. The mattresses could be better, the bathrooms had dirty shower doors and showers with unsatisfactory jets, the house has no bedding and towels have to be rented separately. The bathroom trash cans had no trash bags and the amount charged for the energy consumed was high for the period I used, but the decoration of the house is beautiful and with a very charming gourmet area!

Large house, clean, cozy and very well organized. Equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, TV in the living room, good Wi-Fi and an outdoor gourmet area. Quiet place with very nice atmosphere. The location of the house is very good, close to the beach, the markets, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, everything. We want to thank Adriana, the excellent hostess, was super attentive, very kind and helpful. We like everything :)

Chácara Adelly is exactly like the photos of the ad, beautiful, has all the necessary utensils of a home. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, impeccable outdoor area. Ricardo also referred me to the cook and her housekeeper to hold the barbecue of my event and it was wonderful, everything perfect!

The host was always attentive and responded quickly to messages, which gave us security. The house is well ventilated, we do not miss fans in the common area. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the rooms were arranged, with bed linen. The housekeeper was always around, helpful when we need it. Most of the time was quiet, but on Sunday there was loud sound of walls near the house's entrance. We need to talk to the neighbors to reduce the volume a little. We know this is beyond host control, but it's good to know that the location is not as isolated as it seems. We visualize some internal cracks that can be revised over time. And we miss being able to open the windows of the waterfront rooms, which were compromised by the rust. One possible solution would be the installation of grids to allow natural ventilation safely — which would make everything even more special. Overall, the experience was positive.

It all went well, our family liked the first time it was the peba beach. We think about coming back more often.

We had a quiet stay in a space that served two couples and two children very well. Laíse was always resolute and helpful. The house has automation through Alexa, and the view from the suite is very beautiful. The communication by posters throughout the house guides visitors well. We used the house as a base to get to know some beaches on the south coast like Coruripe and Jequiá. It was a great holiday!
