We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartments are equipped with everything you need, from the dishes to the necessary for the bathroom and the kitchen. Marcello is a helpful and welcoming person. We stayed here for 7 nights,the accommodation is comfortable, we are a family of 4 people,very clean, helpful and polite staff. The very convenient location for various excursions allows you to reach the best areas to visit in Umbria during the day and given the heat, the pool offers a great moment of relaxation at the end of the day(pool service is available all day). We will definitely suggest this recidivism to those who would like to explore this region.

The house is very large, well-kept, surrounded by a beautiful garden and the greenery of Mount Subasio, perfect for those who love silence and the countryside. It is located 4 kilometers from Assisi, in a strategic position for visiting the beautiful Umbrian city and an excellent starting point for the many attractions in the area (Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Cascata delle Marmore, just to name a few). Flavia proved to be an available, kind and attentive host from the first communications. He gave us great suggestions for a really wonderful week. Absolutely recommended!

Family of 4 plus a dog. We lived for a week in an apartment with 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Beautiful place , we had a great time. Mrs. Marina is very kind; Mrs. Marisa (Mother) is always present who spoiled us with her sweets, even if breakfast was not provided for us. Nice to cool off in the pool on hot days. Recommendation

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!
