An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium, it consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen divided by an arch with column, a very quiet terrace located at the back, a small entrance, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large double bedroom with the possibility of a cot and ceiling fan.

Casa Dimitri is a 22 square metre mini flat perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Livorno, the San Jacopo district. And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!
