We are renovating the porch outside, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Located near the entrance to the highway, allowing you to reach the sea and mountains in a short time. Close to the veterinary university. The apartment is on the ground floor. At the entrance there is a spacious living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4 burners and fridge!Two bedrooms, one double and one with a 1.5-size bed. In the courtyard there is a security camera.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
