The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We very much like the house, very close to the beach, air-conditioning in all the rooms, great location, very close to the beach, extremely kind host, in short, it was very pleasant our stay, I certainly recommend it.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Our stay was very good, the house is close, it's easy to walk to the beach, the house had all the utensils I needed, even a beach chair. Very attentive host, answered everything promptly, I certainly recommend it and we will return more often.

Charles' apartment is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Local was well tidy, cleaned with all bedding and organized towels. The village met expectations and we will be back for sure. Condomínio is very good and safe. Charles was very requested, sent information about the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy and Fábio (checked in and out) also very attentive. I recommend.

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. I'm here to review the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is perfect, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, the rooms are very spacious and cozy, all the rooms have air conditioning. The balcony area is huge, overlooking the beach and the Beto Carrero park. The building is newly opened, so it is very new both internally and externally, the common areas are very nice, exceptional leisure. Everything is very close to the market, pharmacy, bakery, etc. It is very close to the Beto Carrero park. Solange is very receptive, and met all our criteria, very helpful. I want to go back to Penha and stay in the same apartment. My family and I love it, I highly recommend it.

Great apartment! Clean space, well equipped, organized and very beautiful… whim in every detail! The condominium has a sauna, swimming pool, heated pool, court and game room…which is great for those who go with children…. We love the stay, the host is very attentive, not only do we recommend it, but we will certainly return!

The apartment is super functional, the view is stunning and the condominium has a heated pool, which made a difference in these cooler days. We enjoyed a lot and the host was super kind, including at checkin and checkout.

Our stay was simply charming! We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who lovingly take care of every detail. The apartment is beautiful, a cozy one: everything is very clean, organized, with fragrant and new bed linen and towels. The kitchen has everything we need, and the whole environment conveys care and welcome. The building is very well maintained, with a parking space, and the location is great: Beto Carrero is close, about 15 minutes by car, perfect for those with families. There is also a nearby market, which makes things much easier. It was a beautiful experience with the family, one of those that warm the heart. I highly recommend it, with special gratitude to the host Dulce!

The house is wonderful and all decorated, I confess that when I arrived at the place I was positively surprised because the house is much bigger than it appears in the photos, it has several cozy corners and as it rained the entire weekend, we were able to enjoy it well anyway. The only drawback was that there were several of us and this weekend we could only use one shower per person because the circuit breaker would trip and the water would get cold, so the shower was a long process. It was wonderful, if it hadn't been for the minor inconvenience it would have been perfect. Thank you very much.

Very attentive host, clean accommodation in organized, has all the utensils necessary for a good stay, is right next to the beach, quiet and safe place. We went in 5 people and we felt very good on site. I am very grateful to Host Tere and her husband for their tips and hospitality.

The accommodation is truly impeccable, a very complete home, with all the necessary utensils, bedding, good space to receive a group of people. The differential is due to the heated pool, but we were unable to take advantage of it because the heating pump gave a problem, they sent a technician to arrange it and he said it was all right but unfortunately it did not work, the pool remained freezing. This was not an impediment because in the house there were other things to do, and the fun was guaranteed. I return and recommend this home to everyone!

Wonderful stay, great location, super insurance condominium with a very beautiful leisure area,close to the beach, market and everything else you need. As for the apartment, we feel at home, nice bed, great bathroom with a delicious shower, complete kitchen with everything we need to spend our days. The Gisa hostess Gisa, super attentive and available to take our doubts away from a sweetheart. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The location's strong point is sea front. Host was extremely flexible on chech-in and check-out Bed linen and towel games excellent quality and limpicimo. All rooms with air conditioning working perfectly The weak point of the house is the lawn, as the house does not stop clean. We will definitely return at the next opportunity

The site is very nice, it exceeded our expectations. Very quiet, full of nature around.. we were graced with the presence of the macaws, it was very amazing! We take a great advantage of the outdoor area, especially the pool we asked to warm up and made all the difference! Anyway, we spend sensational family days at this location. The host responded very quickly and gave the instructions in a very dynamic and clear way. I highly recommend!

The place is exactly as shown in the photo, without pranks. The house is facing the beach, very comfortable for those who have children and do not want to waste time with a car. The local commune is vast which makes it easy to practically leave the car and ride on foot. The beach is very quiet, it does not pass cars, only a lane of caninh, at night only sound of the sea.
